I like Mariott hotels, though the buliding itself was a bit older than I expected. However, the room was nice and cozy, expecially the bed/linen quality was better than other competitors at this price point.

room was clean and comfortable Room had no USB ports. Not even on the lamp. Strange in this day and age and especially in the US. And no phone chargers were available in the lobby shop.

Was well taken care of not too noisy. Only thing I will complain about was there being an off putting smell in our room but it was fine after being in there for a minute. Would stay again not too far from downtown chicago either for a far cheaper price than most places!

Laundry facilities on site. It was pretty quiet and we were left alone unless we needed something.

Nice clean rooms. Bathroom shower awesome with hot water and great pressure. Nice coffee and snack bistro. Nice property with kind staff. I stay here every year visiting friends.

Our rooms did not have either a clock or microwave. For someone like my mom (who does not use any tech devices whatsoever) a clock in particular would have been nice. However, the sofa and footstool were very comfortable.
