Clean rooms staff

Advertised free internet but this only worked 5% of the time. I had to buy an eSIM to use data instead.

And even though this is an extended stay property, there were no glasses, dishes, tableware, pans - these were all required to be checked out at the front desk. Aside from those two things, a good stay - have been before and would stay again.

After a long drive, I arrived and checked in. The employee at the desk, Paris, got my paperwork taken care of quickly. She was pleasant and helpful with info of surrounding restaurant and stores that I inquired about. She laughed at my jokes and made me feel welcomed. Made me feel relaxed and at home. Some morning car/truck traffic noises. But it wasn’t that bad.

Had to manually turn AC to fan option to cool the room sufficiently. The auto option did not get the room cool.

This Extended Stay was better than others I stayed at. It was cleaner. I didn’t see bugs and it appeared to be renovated more recently.

The property is dated and could use some updating, but it is clean. Our room had a kitchenette that is advertised to be stocked with dishes and cooking essentials, but it was not. You have to ask the front desk for whatever you want to use . Even a coffee pot ! This defeats the purpose of booking a room with a stocked kitchen. The breakfast offered was rather simple compared to comparable hotels. Instead of prepared oatmeal, for example, there was hot water and an oatmeal packet. The offerings were very limited. So given the kitchen was not stocked and the breakfast was rather slim, we went out which was not part of our plan. Finally, we have an extra charge on our account that wasn't explained. I have a message in to find out why.

The staff was great. We stayed almost 2 weeks. You can get plates, silverware, and pans at the front desk. Housekeeping leaves you alone unless you ask. I like that. We could dump our garbage as we wanted. We took our dirty towels to the front desk and got clean ones. There is a refrigerator, stove top, and microwave in the rooms.
