DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Bloomington

Only issue was the neighbors were loud in the phone from 7pm to 2am on Saturday night. Rest of the stay was great and nicely appointed.

Everything was great

Good experience. Got to check in early

Only one minor thing. My bath towel needed some softener applied more often I believe it could be used to Sand Wood it was very very Hard.

Great hospitality Very easy to get around

The hotel was very clean and staff were very helpful. I actually forgot my dressy shoes and two necklaces and they had them in lost and found five days later when I realized it! I am so grateful their staff is honest...would definitely stay here again!

The room was nice. The staff at check in were nice We stayed at the hotel for the kids to use the pool. At 9:30 when I looked in the pool I saw a woman performing sexual acts on a man in the hot tub. Next morning we go to the pool at 9 AM. A woman was on top of a man in the hot tub having sex. I told staff at check out about the pool and the essentially said that was a bummer.

Everything was great, but my AC rattled/popped really loudly about every 45 seconds all night long which prevented me from getting good sleep.

Clean and friendly staff

Clean. Nothing.

We appreciated the warm chocolate chip cookies upon arrival and the water bottles in the room. Our granddaughter enjoyed the lovely pool and the hot tub was perfect after a long day of driving. The staff were friendly and efficient. Our stay was 10/10.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff at check-in were super friendly and helpful, and we loved the welcome cookie and drink voucher. The bed was incredibly comfortable and gave us the best night’s sleep of our trip so far. We would definitely stay here again.

Room was clean and stuff at front desk very attent, also like walking distance super nice. Room was very outdated everything look old couch very old and worn beds very comfortable also outlet didn’t work, went down for breakfast at 8:30 everything was already out and wait there for a long time and they never refilled we had go out and eat somewhere else.

once checked in we were gifted a free drink card and directed to our room. room was clean and provided us a good rest from our travels.

Restaurant next door was a plus and great location

Clean and working A/C. The restaurant attached was super convenient and delicious.
