It was a very nice clean facility. The breakfast was really good and the staff was amazing every time I stay in Bloomington, I will be staying there.

there had been a storm in the area and they had accommodated the people that were displaced. Even some of the staff had been affected by the storm-- so they did their best. Kudos to them to help others.

It was super clean and easy to check in and out. The staff were so kind and accommodating as well. The room was super dated but very clean

More like an apartment than a hotel. Pets allowed. When in Bloomington area this is my new go to place. Mark, Naperville, IL

Location Noisy from the room next door. There was a dirty plastic fork in the ice bucket.

A storm come through and knock the power out I contacted the property four times to see if the power came back on they advised me it had and my room was available. When I got there only one building had power and my room was not available they downgraded me into a very poor room I advise them if they had given me the option to cancel I would have got accommodations elsewhere they did not give me that option and I was stuck late at night in the smallest room available. The staff was very unsympathetic and told me at least I had a room.

Was an old property and while they didn’t have anything seriously wrong, the entire operation is old and tired. Asphalt parking was being redone while we were there. Breakfast was OK and room was OK for the price. Not what we expected….

Staff were helpful and all of them were kind. A very nice breakfast in the morning. They have a light dinner and drinks in the evenings, but I didn't make it back in time. They have a pool and hot tub but didn't use those. Front desk workers in the evening were kind and made checking in very easy. We'll stay here again

Landscaping, grounds. Lounge area, seating area Front desk not helpful. Construction on the buildings very poor. You can here thru the ceilings and walls. Had to be relocated first night because next door was very inconsiderate. PROBLEM

Staff was exceptional. Room was very spacious and comfortable.

It was very nice and relatively quiet for where it is located. Only issue I had was the bed was way too firm for my comfort.
