Super 8 by Wyndham Bloomington/Normal

I liked the room was very spacious and the staff was amazing. The bathroom/restroom was dirty and had roaches and bugs. The sink and bathtub was also dirty we had to clean it before using it.

Rooms had bugs and had to switch rooms because of the bugs in the first room and the second room the bathroom was disgusting full of hair and the towels were all dirty. Don’t stay here.

I was happy to find a room last minute and the rate was reasonable. The staff was friendly but did have to wait a bit to get checked in, it was late though. The room itself was okay. The bathroom needed more of a deep clean in particular the shower. For a last minute budget motel it was alright.

It was big The suite didn't match online pictures no coffee in the room the floors were dirty and there was no house keeping the 2 days we were there

Was not informed that the pool was closed by the health department, elevator was also down for maintenance so we had to walk downstairs and outside just to get into the lobby to use the microwave, tv stopped working on the 2nd day of our stay. Would absolutely recommend staying elsewhere.

Location Cleanliness, washroom not upto date Breakfast was included in the price but get nothing there . Just a cup of coffee and 2 muffins

The staff was very nice and the bed was comfortable, I also liked the fact they had room service. The bathroom was dirty along with there being roaches in the room. The lamps was also unplugged and also had roach droppings in the plug in on the lamps. The bathroom looked like it hadn't been swept in a while and hadn't been properly cleaned in a while either.

The website said they had an elevator but there wasn't one. The fridge in the room was leaking and the only option the man on duty gave me was to switch rooms either on the second or third floor.

The air conditioner smelled like mold. Before we turned it on, the room smelled funny. The bathroom floors were slimey. The drywall around the bathtub was obviously quick fixed to hide the mold and water damage under the fix. I wont stay here again.
