There was problems with ants in room.

Estube con mi familia todo muy limpio y rico desayuno , el servicio de limpieza excelente, lo unico que el agua de la piscina estaba muy fria .

Good breakfast options. The hot tub was just the right temp and my kids liked playing in the pool. The elevator was a little scary and needs updating.

My room was quiet, clean, and everything worked. The breakfast was nice.

Everything was good except the hairdryer didn’t work.

Nice room and quiet stay

Rooms were extremely clean and updated. Renovations are currently ongoing, but if I need to stay in Bloomington/Normal again, it will be here!

it was a perfect place to stay for the 3 nights in Normal. Close to shopping and family at the same time.

Excellent hotel! Wish they had put in 2 elevators however.

I love my stay , nice and clean. My only disappointment is this. My check out time is 11 am. I told my son I am dropping him off for his golf tournament early in the morning. I put a sign that says dont disturb or not ready yet. So I can take a nap for at least 30- 45 min in the room before my check out time and pick up my son and drive home for 3 hours. I went to my room 202 and the door was open and they already stripped the linens room and it was 1010 am. I guess I have to take a nap in my car. That makes you perturbed and disappointed. I told the consierge about it. The hotel, I have to say, is situated in the best location.

Counter space in room was helpful for storage, breakfast attendant was helpful and made my little girl’s day by fixing the pancake making machine!

Parking is free with ample space. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Jen* at the front desk is a dear to check in with. I had a prior reservation and check in was fast. The hot breakfast in the morning is by far better than most. It has a large array of options that were delicious. I will be making additional reservations in the future. Tracy O.

I like that the property was clean and had a warm pleasant atmosphere. There was nothing I didn’t like about the property.
