Hotel was clean and staff was very welcoming and helpful!

Elevator was not working had to use outside stairs

The man at the front desk was friendly. That is the only great part of our stay. Hot tub worked and was relaxing. Bathroom was adequate. There was enough towels in the room. Elevators were broken and we weren't informed of this until the end of the check in process so we didnt use the pool because my husband struggles wirh stairs. Beds were hard and not enough blankets. Buttons on the phone didnt work so had to use our cells phones to call the front desk. Television kept going out and had to repeatedly reset the boxes. No microwave in rooms. Breakfast was cold and we watched the worker take frozen sausage patties on a pan and walk them through the dining area to behind the front desk uncovered. We left right after that.

We specifically reserved a handicapped room because me and my wife are federally disabled and 65 and when we got to best western plus hotel we booked overnight after being many hours on road (got in 11pm — called ahead telling them we would be late and would be checking in handicapped room) they told us when we got there that they booked our handicapped room already to someone else and that there elevator wasn’t working, & the only other handicapped room was on third floor. We definitely could not walk up there with luggage and all due to handicaps. When I asked why they would give our room away, she (front staff) said that because many people usually book handicapped rooms and aren’t really handicapped, they just assumed that with us (which I said is terrible since a person that asks for handicapped room should be assumed always that they are indeed handicapped!). When I took this up further I soon learned from her that the other people that got our handicapped room were paying a higher rate than us (and that might have been reason they got our room). We were so tired, that we couldn’t go looking for other places around there, so the staff got us a queen bed room (not for handicapped) on 2nd floor, and I had to slowly and very carefully walk with handicapped wife up stairs and slowly take luggage’s up to room one piece at a time! It was terrible! Also found out tv wasn’t working right and that air conditioning was not working right! They wouldnt do anything help or compensate us!

Elevator did not work. But hotel accommodated with ground floor

DO NOT STAY HERE! I paid for 2 nights through booking.com at the end of June. I got there early and asked for an extra night's stay. The staff charged me for 3 nights at a higher rate on top of what I already paid through booking.com. I messaged the property through the booking.com app to reverse the charges. At first they ignored me, then they said that the hotel had changed owners. They are scammers and I'm still waiting for booking.com to reverse the charges.

The elevator was out of service & no rooms available on the first floor, so we had to go outside to use the stairs to get to our room. Not happy. Then the fridge wasn’t on & a large puddle of water spilled out when I opened it. After mopping up the water I turned it to the coldest setting, but it never got very cold. Continental breakfast was average. Room was on the smaller side. I would not recommend this hotel & won’t be staying again.
-
The room was the dirtiest I’ve ever stayed in. I will go back to IHG hotels.
-
The hotel was very clean, it’s in a safe area, the bed was comfortable, I recommend!

Breakfast was good Property has seen better days
-
Good
-
The hotel and room was clean but the shower curtain/liner needed to be changed out as it smelled very much like mildew. Other than that, our stay was good.
-
Breakfast good. Quiet Couldn’t get the Wi-Fi for internet.
-
Exceptional
-
The room was acceptable overall; however, there were noticeable stains on the towels, bed sheets, and shower curtain. Improving the cleanliness and attention to these details would provide a much better guest experience.
-
Clean room with refrigerator and a complimentary hot breakfast. But the bad was that the elevator was not working. Ok I can use the stairs except you leave your room and exit outside the building and then reenter to get your free breakfast
