Great hotel, stayed twice

Everything is perfect, every time. That's hard to find with many hotel chains.Keep it up!:)

Softest sheets ever, nice room

The room smelled really bad. The carpet around the window and the AC unit was really wet and there was hairs in the bathtub. You can hear the guests in the other rooms, very thin walls and floors.

Our first day construction was going on and was so loud I could not work from my room and had to leave. The front desk women was VERY nice as was the women in food service area.

We appreciated the kind staff however the room was not as we expected. The room was a bit stuffy and moldy-which I’m allergic to, so that was a bit difficult. Thank you

Clean room and great breakfast

I wouldn't stay there again. Food on floor in room from previous guest. Bug in towel. Halls smelled of someone smoking something. Under extensive exterior remodeling with trucks taking up many spots.

AC worked well and kept room cool. There's no clock in the room. The TV was fuzzy (unclear). There were no towels in the pool. There was no ice in the ice machine. Cold breakfast bar was empty. Hot breakfast bar was not keeping up with demand. Staff was friendly.

Air conditioner was quite noisy.

Decent hotel for the price. Would stay there again

I am familiar with country and suites and have been staying with them for years, decades, actually because I know exactly what to expect with the quality and the layout including a pool and breakfast. I like the pool, it seemed it was a little murky, breakfast was good, though my son didn’t like the eggs. I always go for waffles and they were as expected. So I enjoyed them. The property was a little bit difficult to get to, you saw the sign when you were coming in on my GPS took me to the building but because the entire exterior is torn apart and looks like it’s a building under construction because I guess they’re putting new siding in we didn’t know at first that was the hotel until we saw somebody walk out. They should have some kind of sign or something at the front entrance because I was never there before, but it was a little disheartening. I did not like it all the fact that you couldn’t see any of the windows because they had plastic over them all. The air conditioners were all uncovered from the outside. The room was OK, I did find a hair in my bed that wasn’t not mine so I’m not sure that the beds are made fresh. The TV was very small for the size of the entertainment center. It was on. The icemaker on our floor was broken. It was just fair. In my opinion.

The bathroom wasn’t fully clean but the rest of the room was comfortable and fairly recently updated. It was nice enough for a several day stay and they send housekeeping every 3 days for extended stays. The lights were a little dim but otherwise nice. They are doing construction and it was pretty loud but I knew it was there.
