Love the breakfast buffet The parking for the money they charge you shouldn't have to pay extra for parking just because they over booked they parking lot and have to park in their garage and still have to pay.

Breakfast, Shuttle Upon awakening I had multiple 13 bites on my right hand and arm. I did report this incident to the front desk. Fortunately my 91 year old mother was in the other bed and does not have any bites.

Good stay. Selection for breakfast could have been better.

Staff were friendly and the suite had lots of space. (Smelled like old cigarettes so maybe not a non smoking room?) Pool area was clean. Breakfast had ran out of a few items one day. Please advertise the additional parking fee I would have chosen a different property had I known.

We stayed in 4 different hotels during our travels and this was our favorite. Also our most expensive, but yes still favorite.

Clean, family friendly

My flight got diverted to Minneapolis because of storms in Chicago and I had to make last minute arrangements for an unexpected overnight stay. This hotel offered a free airport shuttle . Though I hadn’t planned on staying there, I was very satisfied. The lady at reception was very helpful (she offered me a choice of floors), the shuttle to take me back to the airport very early in the morning arrived as promised, the room was very clean and comfortable (all expected amenities, such as a coffee maker with good quality coffee), quiet, and even overlooked a green space. Air conditioning was loud but not a bad stay if you have a flight for the next day

Internet in the room did not work well

We had a really nice stay at this Hampton Inn. The staff were friendly and helpful from check-in through checkout, and our room was clean and comfortable. Everything else about the hotel met our expectations. The only issue we ran into was parking. There is no outdoor/self-parking available, so we had to use the garage and pay for it. Since free outdoor parking isn’t an option, it would have been much better if garage parking were complimentary. That was the one downside of an otherwise solid stay.

Great location and breakfast

Very clean but the carpet is worn out. I find it can be hazard in the hallways as it is stretched out. Breakfast was just OK. Will I stay there again,? Absolutely!

What the heck,pay 15 dollars to park at a hotel. Never in my lifetime and never ever again. Would never stay here again.
