Good location. Room was nice. Waited a while to get checked in, but that’s not the hotel’s fault.

Needs attention Bathroom door knob needs to be replaced, wouldn’t lock from inside bathroom. Thermostat needs to be replaced! Cooling system not consistent maybe because the thermostat doesn’t work properly.

The hotel had a good breakfast with plenty of variety. We had to move the sofa in order for the bed to open all the way without hitting the tv. Booked the hotel for a walk to Disney. Would recommend walking to the Disney monorail at Downtown Disney instead of taking the tram at the Mickey & Friends lot.

We stayed there before a medical appointment and it was quiet and relaxing, just what was needed before a stressful day.

Shuttle service was fantastic. Courteous drivers made our stay a 5 star experience. I would highly recommend staying here if you need a shuttle to and or from the airport. Check in was fast, room was comfortable and every single person we interacted with was polite, professional and seemed to genuinely care about doing a good job. They represented the company very well.

Free airport shuttle was convenient, driver was personable and professional. Free water bottle on arrival. Bar in lobby. Only negatives were: no power outlet on one side of the bed, outlet on opposite side did not work. Also, door was tricky to lock. Breakfast was just fair. Employees were friendly, dinner recommendation was awesome (Hazelwood Grill - walking distance from hotel).

A beautiful clean hotel. Our beds were definitely worn. They sank in the middle.

The property was next to the location I had to go to which was nice it’s not around much food places but it wasn’t a problem for me. The room was okay but the beds weren’t the comfiest they worn down and lumpy but managed.

The amenities listed kitchenettes in the suites, but the unit only had a mini-fridge and microwave (which had a non-functional turntable). It listed the couch as a pull-out, but was instead a trundle. The self parking fee was buried in the property amenities list and seemed strange for an open lot setup. The entry was very confined and opened directly on the front desk which created congestion. The breakfast ended at 9:00 AM on weekdays, which was earlier than we were used to.
