I had a good experience overall. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the environment was clean and welcoming. The service was efficient, and I felt comfortable throughout my visit.

Dirty room nasty floors rude night workers all around terrible stay do not recommend unless you’re homeless then it’s just a place to lay for the night disgusting reeked of smoke and dirty rooms boogers on the wall blood stain sheets and rags I could go on for days

The place was filthy. There was trash over flowing out of every trash can and was on the floor. The parking lot had broken down cars and what looked to be homeless people hanging out. The carpet in the hallway was wrinkled and ir smelled awful. The guy at the front desk was helpful and kind and the room wasn't horrible. At least it smerld decent. Also surprised me with a 100 deposit that wasn't mentioned anywhere on the website. Was happy to get out of there.

The property was old and tired. The advertised breakfast did not exist - first thing seen entering the lobby was a sign saying no breakfast. We asked for more towels as there were only two. We were told to give the dirty towels before getting replacements - we went out and just bought skins towels. Finally, it was probably the slowest internet we have ever experienced in a hotel.

You get what you pay for. The room wasn't bad . The rest of the facility was a dump. Outside was trash everywhere, I mean right outside the front entrance along with cigarette butts everywhere. Parking lot was terrible, grass not mowed, weeds everywhere. Will never stay again at this place.

Yeah it was good staying here. Room was clean and air conditioning is good but it’s making some noise

First room we got had blood stains all over the sheets. Got a new room, it had blood stains on the comforter. Both rooms had lights that didn't work. Shower pressure was good, TV worked, refrigerator worked. No breakfast.

There was no airport shuttle, and no breakfast buffet.

This is the first hotel I have ever stayed at where I nearly turned and left upon arriving. We came in from a late flight so I booked it as it is close to the airport. The front doors were locked when we arrived. There is a sign to use the "other door" but nothing stating where that is. Driving around the parking lot, all the trash cans are overflowed. Garbage just sitting out. The parking lot itself is awful. That should've been my que. Finally I give up and call the front desk as I cant find where to enter. The lady tells me look for the door labeled 2. It is also locked. I have to call again to be let into the building. Mysslf and 4 others guests all were stuck outside. This is all before we have even checked in. Finally entering the building it is awful. You walk in and youll question immediately the smell and if it has bugs. The building is so outdated and the smell is so bad. Its after midnight and I decide to just suck it up. Bad choice. The rooms are worse. Stained comforters, showers that dont turn on, looks like it hasn't been cleaned in decades. Mostly because everything is so outdated but the pillows are yellow and the carpet isn't even layed flat. (Youll see what I mean) The hotel also doesn't offer shuttle service, be prepared for that. Overall I was hoping it wouldn't be too bad as just a place to sleep. I was wrong. Find literally any other hotel.

This place is a dump. Do not stay here. Front of house restrooms closed. No bell or phone to call front desk staff when needed. No breakfast. No refrigerator in room. Room smelled like urine. Property extremely dilapidated. Garbage on ground outside of facility.

The room was dirty, there was a plastic baggie over the fire sprinkler, the place stunk like smoke. Definitely would not recommend!!!

Ran out of double beds, though we requested it. Very dirty hotel, with poor or no amenities

Great location, but terrible customer service and cleanliness. We had to move to three different rooms because the bathroom kept flooding. Very disappointing experience despite the convenient location.

It’s very old run down hotel and the reason why I choose this hotel for their airport shuttle service lies false advertising very bad inconvenience I told the front desk to remove that very misleading they said they “working on it” call before booking .

I highly recommend that the parking lot's potholes get covered up (it's impossible to avoid them) and that there are more lights in the parking lot as well

Do do not I repeat do not stay at this property. This hotel was the most disgusting place I have ever entered in my life. My room was so filthy. I refused to even shower in it. I checked out after one night immediately went to a different hotel before I would clean myself. There was mold in the bathroom. There were stains on the sheets that looked like fecal matter and potentially make up stains. The walls in my room looked like someone had vomited on them, not cleaned up, and there was streaking from the centerpoint of the vomit. There were bugs on the walls. The TV had a volume limiter that was set so low you could not even hear it while sitting in bed. Seriously save yourself a whole lot of headache and do not attempt to spend a night at this hotel.

Oh and to top it off, security deposit was not returned. We didn't use anything. We bring our own soap, shampoo, toiletries, etc. Just don't. You will thank me later.

Check in was easy I guess because the guy only asked for ID, my credit card, and if I had pets. Then he slid me room keys and told me which door to use to get to the room. No greeting, no anything. To get to the back of the property where our room was we had to drive through a parking lot that had HUGE craters in it. If you have a low car beware. When opening the door to get to the hall for our room we were met with a very strong marijuana smell. Then you notice the walls are literally crumbling. Our actual room smelled musty. The bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke and there were cigarette burns in the bedding and curtains. The shower, ceiling, and curtains were all dirty. The only good thing was we never saw any bugs (surprisingly). There also wasn’t any “Do Not Disturb” sign for our door but that’s ok because we never saw any cleaning staff in any of the halls while we were there. When I booked it said they served breakfast but there was a huge sign in the lobby stating there was no breakfast. Sadly I have nothing positive to say about this place.

There is no elevator. The bathroom had mold in the corner of the shower. We didn’t feel safe. The property was not maintained as there were weeds around the building and the parking lot was riddled with potholes. There was no breakfast. The overall experience was no more than a two star hotel. When we return, we will be staying at another hotel.
