The outside looked decent. But the inside, oh my goodness. Where do I begin. When I got there to check-in, staff was not present. I had to pick up a courtesy phone to say I was there for check-in, then someone came out to the desk. There was nothing special about staff courtesy I was checked in and given a room key. While walking to the room, there were multiple stains on the carpet. When I got to the room, it was horrible!! There was a white residue crumbs on the counter. The dishes weren’t clean, and the stove was not clean. The bathtub looked like it had not been cleaned in months. There was only one working light over the vanity. There were two places on the wall where the paint was gone/half gone. The room was just dingy. Looked like something had been knowing at the wood under the sink. I ended up going to check-in at another location down the street. As I checked out, they couldn’t even provide me with a printed receipt as I requested. If you don’t have to stay here DON’T, Find a better location to spend your money. I wish I would have taken photos, but I couldn’t get out of there enough that I didn’t think to take any. But I guess this fits the saying …”you get what you pay for!”

If you’re a used to the Sonesta hotel standard, don’t stay here. Property is very run-down, overflowing trash all around the perimeter. Our room reeked of strong peroxide and cleaning products. The bathroom sink leaked all over the floor, kitchen sink would not run cold water, bathtub had no stopper. There were no towels (we were able to procure some from the front desk but none on arrival), no soap in the bathroom, no kitchen supplies (including no cups of any kind), no blanket on the bed. None of the exterior door key swipes work so they are unusable unless they are propped open which they often were, so a security issue as well. Key cards stopped working multiple times per day. Will never stay here again.

This place was so disgusting, we went to another hotel. We have never left a hotel before but this place was horrible. We have stayed an many Sonesta's before with no issues. The guy at the front desk was helpful, but unable to get us a room that didn't have something broke. The 1st room we were given keys to had someone still staying in it. Thank God we realized this quickly and closed the door. The 2nd room should not even be allowed to be rented out - fist hole in the bedroom door, couch had a hole in the arm and stuffing was coming out. Hide a bed was broken with no mattress, TV stand drawer would not stay closed and it smelled like cat urine. The guy offered us air freshener for that. We tried 1 more room but it had no amenities in the kitchen, no mattress on the hide a bed, cabinets had handles missing and the bathroom ceiling appeared to have leaked at some point. Another lady was waiting in the lobby because her room had flooded. The parking lot looked like a used sales lot for large machinery. I wish I would have taken pictures but I wanted to get out of there as fast as I could. Words can't describe what we saw.

ROACH INFESTED! The guy at the desk acted as if he knew and immediately refunded me. I saw them within 5 minutes of entering the room, I went pee and left. Absolutely disgusting. On top of this the bathroom door had a couple holes in it. Wouldn’t recommend.

Location I did not stay. I inspected the room and noticed the room had bugs and the towels were yellow. The bed also had a large dent on one side. I could not stay there. I was told that I will get a refund but never received that refund

Sonesta is also working on updating the rooms.

The place very run down.. holes in the walls, beds had stains and looked like grease on them. Smelled like a chain smokers home and we didnt even lay in the bed. No towels, soap or anything in rooms windows didnt fully close so you could hear everything. People working on cars in thw parking lot.. someone had ran into the exterior of the building. Place screamed bed bugs
