Great experience!

Should have proper breakfast.

Everything good, just have to make sure that when you have late check ins the staff are on it. Last time I did a late check in and the door was lock and nobody was at the front desk and the phone that supposedly is for call the front desk was dead.

It was a good and clean hotel to stay at. We had no complaints

Room was simi clean, Entrance Frontdesk was weird. Check in guy was very short. Door to room was damaged like someone had kick it in. Did not seem to safe

I couldn’t get extra rags until we used what we had and took them to the front desk. Staff on site seemed like she was aggravated every time you Sasha something to her.

Staff was not helpful at all, didn’t seem to know anything about what was going on. Lobby smelled like mold due to some water leak. Had loud fans blowing 24/7 in lobby and eating area. It’s obvious there was mold because they had large holes in the drywall all around, cutting out the moldy drywall. Had to cut my trip short and of course they charged me for a full week even though I only stayed there 3 nights.

Front desk staff were very rude, unprofessional and lacked customer service experience. Wood near the door handle and lock were broken off badly. Food found on night stand shelf. Continental breakfast was very slack each morning of our stay. Spiders were present throughout the room's. Very large dogs were allowed and barked often.

Clean, easy to get to, easy parking

AC was controlled in 2 places. It worked fine. Breakfast is awful!! No fruit or yogurt. Just store bought Oatmeal & muffins. Had to go find a place to eat. My saying is “If you can’t do it right, don’t!!

Our room was great as were the staff. There was a water main break the morning we left so we couldn't get breakfast but other than that everything was perfect.

Location and price. Staff was not very friendly.

It’s newly open, but the service was good! The continentental breakfast need more of a variety and include real breakfast food😉

The room was nice it was very clean. It appears that the sheets had not been changed. For whatever reason they were working on the breakfast area. The young lady that was working on the evening we checked in, she did provide us with bottles of water. Overall it was a fairly decent hotel. I wouldn't want to stay at another Extended Stay.

Excellent place to stay for the price. Very clean, no nasty carpet, comfortable bed. Would definitely stay again

I was not happy with no breakfast when I came down by 8:00 am . Everything was gone . I was lucky to get coffee. While sitting in the breakfast room & verbal loud argument started by a woman with long bleach braids behind the counter with another woman with a black top / black pants . The lady behind counter came toward her screaming etc at her& she back & she left the building. It was very unprofessional. We came back late evening for the night & no maid have entered our room to give us fresh towels or made up beds . The beds not being made up wasn’t a need to be done . I have never been in a hotel without service. This morning my husband went downstairs to get coffee around 8:00 sm no food & he said creamer was gone . When we’re were leaving no cups to get coffee . I checked out & waited for 15 mins waiting for an employee to come to front desk . I checked out & I Asked for a receipt. On the receipt was $234.00 for room 201 but not my credit card last 4 numbers. I paid for 2 nights on Expedia . I won’t be using your motel again. I get better service with Wyndham ( La Quinta inn & Holiday Inn . I paid $344.00 for 2 nights
