The hotel was immaculate. It is every time we go. Special thanks to Brittney at the front desk. She helped us with a hotel room type mix up. She fixed it is seconds. She’s a great person to have at the front desk for people to see when they first walk in. Sets the vibe for the hotel! She always had a smile on her a face.

Room was extremely musty. Shower was clogged. Check in was a nightmare had to return to the desk 3 times to get a room key that worked. Hotel clerk indicated that I would get Hilton Honors points to my account which wasn't the case.

Breakfast was Awesome and plenty of it , Cleanliness was exceptional. I had left my Credit Card Holder on the bed mixed in the linen and E.J. Was able to get help and found it quickly. And held it for me, Terrific service No problems noted

Only one elevator was working, but it was not that busy. I could see it slowing people down on a busier day. Also the elevator door had a long delay… again, not a problem but it slowed things down,
