Comfortable bed, good staff, spacious room, front door house feel For our room setup specifically, wifi not great, no hot water, bathroom/shower room is outside which is a cool concept but there is no sound privacy as the next door bungalow can hear you on toilet and in shower and the bathroom door has open edge along seem so mosquitoes can come in, and light/hot air from the top of vent on half the door (just put a real door in?). Refrigerator does not keep anything cold.

Nice comfortably bedroom. Beautiful gardens but no mosquitos.

The staff was very helpful, and the vibe was very fun

Location, small, quaint with great ambiance and amenities. Pool, restaurant, massage on site. None

Location was perfect, right in the middle of everything yet very quiet. The view from the room was beautiful, overlooking the beach. The room was super clean, bed extremely comfy. Great shower. Lots of stairs but staff helped with luggage. No kettle in the room which actually stopped me booking another night. Would have been nice, as an early riser, to sit on the balcony with my morning tea and enjoy the view.

Close proximity to shopping, restaurants, bars and the night market. The pool was a convenient feature when we didn’t want to go to the beach a minute away. There was a great evening fire show on the beach literally a minute walk away. The hotel manager, Dao, was super helpful, understanding of questions asked and spoke English very well, The photos of the room on the booking site appear larger than they actually are. The “moth-ball” smell was overwhelming at times. The outside water shower looked like a paradise feature but it was merely a single stream of water that directly came out of a pipe so it made it difficult to rinse off quickly. The water flow/pressure had to be reduced, at times, in order to get hot water in the outside shower. I didn’t like the fact that everything purchased in the hotel’s restaurant/bar had to be paid in cash although we paid for the room via credit card. That didn’t allow for spur of the moment decisions to grab a drink or snack or meal poolside or at the restaurant since I had to be sure I had enough cash exchanged into Thai Baht…a real hassle and added a little stress about cash management.

Busy place central

It's a very nice small resort, has the feel of 'old Thailand' with wood, plants and Thai food available after mid-day. No breakfast available, but there are places nearby. A couple of evenings quite large groups were in the bar and the noise went on a bit. But it's better than many places in the heart of Fisherman's Village.

I liked the general energy. It wasn't too over the top and had a somewhat local vibe. Didn't feel corporate. I enjoyed the fact that it had food available, was generally accommodating for all my needs like motor bike rental and laundry. I actually didn't like Fisherman's Village that much, which doesn't really have anything to do with the property. Also, the staff was helpful, but their English was challenging at times when compared to other front desk staff I experienced in Thailand.

The location is perfect. In the middle of Fisherman’s village. Its superb Nothing. All excellent

The location was great! The road is closed at certain parts of the day/evening and you have to walk with your luggage if you are arriving in the evening

Location, facility, staff +++

Beautiful, comfortable, well kept, great location, great value. The on-site restaurant food was just okay. Very reasonable prices though.
-
Very noisy at night.so if you are looking for a restful night sleep go some where else. The mattress was disgusting as was the shower and toilet. There is very little privacy!!

Good location, private bungalow amongst lovely garden, large bed Poor coffee facilities in room

Location I was told on check-in that I had to move rooms after 2 nights, granted not the biggest problem for me, but it did disrupt things for me on move day. Reason being I had full day plans, but had to come back to pack a vacate my room - just a small inconvenience, but good customer service would have been to inform me of this before arrival, so I could accommodate in my planning. Plus building work, drilling next door from 8am. Yeah, yeah - again not the biggest issue, but just tell me prior to arrival. It’s the little things that count with customer service - IMO

Basically on FV's night market, nice staff and decent Noisy neighbors next door.

Great facilities, good service. Eden is located in the middle of Fishermans Village so its close to a lot of restaurants and also the markets. The beach nearby is not one of the best in Samui, just keep that in mind. We prefered to travel to other beaches.

Location was great, in the heart of Fisherman’s Village close to pubs and restaurants. Staff was very friendly , rooms were well- decorated, and super clean. Nothing ! It was a fantastic stay !
