The pool infornt of the 3 bedroom villa was awsome. if they were actively sending staff to take orders by the pool it could be really comfortable.

The pool is adequate. breakfast is ok, location is good. food service in pool area would be good. service at restaurant is disappointing some staff do not focus on the customers

The location is right in the middle of Fisherman Village which is great if you want to be right in the center of action! The staff was very helpful in organizing any activities, explaining the island:) Breakfast could be a bit more varied!

Situated right in the thick of Fisherman's Village, it is exceptionally located! The grounds are just lovely & the staff clearly care about the gardens & maintenance of the property. Even though it is situated close to the action, the property feels serene & private with two pools & areas to lounge around in. We had breakfast every morning in their restaurant across the street, which was very good with plenty of choice. Loved that we could hire scooters directly through the property, very convenient! The villas feel a little outdated & tired, but this is really nit-picking. The value for money is fabulous & our villa was clean & comfortable. The bed could have been a bit softer for our taste, also I'd love to see a laundry service offered at the property rather than having to go offsite to get washing done.

Very nice hotel that stretches from the beach all the way up to the road. Two big swimming pools that were lovely! The bungalows are big and shower has a good pressure. Breakfast was also nice with a variety of options. I did not like some options like the croissants that were rock hard. But the pancakes (freshly made by the cook) were very good, fruit and cereal selection was good. Also you can order your preferred eggs. Only thing I did not like was that my bungalow was next to the nightmarket. So on those days there was loud music untill midnight that makes sleeping before midnight difficult. All the bungalows in the back and on the westside of the resort have this problem.

I love smile house just the perfect place (very clean, great customer service staff, great food and amazing location) Bophut market and life music and food outside the hotel door every night so much to do, all 10/10 as this is my third visit to smile house and will defiantly go again, thank you guys at smile house for your great service as always and we hope to see you again soon! nothing very happy customer as always :) :) :)

Very pretty and well looked after property. Location was great and breakfast was great too!! Fisherman’s Village is more expensive area than the other area we stayed in Koh Samui

Beautiful property, very comfortable villas, and a perfect location nestled in Fisherman Village. Two fantastic pools to choose from and an incredible beach. The included breakfast buffet was a great way to start each day, and the street market out front was a fun way to end each day too Can’t complain about anything

The hotel is very beautiful in a tropical way and located in the heart of the town, so it’s easy to walk to everything. The room was quiet, spacious, had AC, and the bathroom was nice. The front desk made it easy to arrange for a ride to the airport and a normal price.

Everything, the staff, location, facility etc. If I really have to find something I’d say could be a tiny bit more helpful regarding attractions at the reception but it’s really not an issue.

Great bed, very good shower, private bungalows with great gardens all around. Located on the walking street very near the Fisherman Village Night market. The shower heads could be improved.

Lovely big spacious rooms and very nice resort grounds and pool area. Bedroom AC was incredibly noisy! Had to turn it of a night to sleep. Restaurant staff were not terribly helpful.
