I liked very much his pool and the building I didn’t like a out the property was the towers

The rooms smelled dirty

Cleanliness was good. Fan of the air conditioner system was noisy.

Location was good. Beach was nice. Staff was INCREDIBLE from front desk, valet service, and housekeeping. Would like to have had a small coffee maker in the room and one comfortable chair

The staff is amazing the location is perfect I Love the fact that the Beach is perfect for playing , swing and is Nice , they are súper nice. Aldo flexible with the check out , The beds .. are too soft I need mattress a bit harder and if they offer king size beds or st least queen size Better . O could bárrala fit with my daugther

The room was spacious and clean. There were extra blankets and pillows which was great. Unfortunately, i didn't like several things. The bathroom was small and the shower curtain moved with the air blown by the extracting fan, constantly moving the shower curtain outside the shower and spilling water everywhere. Also rhe exhaust fan was really noisy. It screeched, which made it hard ro keep on unless prepared to put up with the loud noise. The room had NO FRIDGE. For the price, it really is a huge disappointment. The ice machine was out of order. There were no shared open spaces other than the rather small lobby. The design of the hotel was rather poor planned. What was originally designed to be a breakfast bar was rented out to a travel agency that operated like time share sales places do. It was the direct access to the beach, but because it was rented out to "Iguanas Ranas" then people couldn't pass though that area. This meant that to get beach towels one had to go to the lobby, then hope back on the elevator or stairs to go up a level, then walk around into the first srt of pools (of which 2 were out of order) and then go down two flights of stairs through and dungeon-like stairwell were the showers were and half blocked by a rubbish bin, to the exit into the second set of pools (the only ones that made sense to use) or to walk towards the beach. You better hope you didn't forget to ask at the lobby for chairs and a beach umbrella, because they won't give them to you at the beach unless you already requested them at the lobby. If you hadn't, then you'll have to walk up two flights off stairs through the musty half blocked dungeon-like stairwell, back to the first set of pools and then into the elevator (or to the second set of stairs) to then go back down a level into the lobby. I really enjoy walking, but it was rather gross and annoying. Specially since that could all be avoided by walking through the original design off the breakfast bar, but that was blocked off, so up-down and around you go.

The hotel was nice ok view , it was a dead person inside one of the rooms and they did not give us information of what had happened The hotel is too expensive for what they offer and not even free coffee .

Nice location, right on the boulevard and close to some restaurants Despite of being next to the beach, it doesn’t have its own beach area. Furniture seems to be old and not well maintained as it shows signs of humidity. One of the 2 elevators didn’t work and didn’t seem to be any concern to get it fixed.
