Grand Hotel KYRIOS Veracruz

Location was good Cockroaches in the room and very hard beds

I'm a fussy eater so the buffet offering was not up to my standard, but most hotels here are the same, so they were no worse. I ordered a separate order of scrambled eggs with bacon. The eggs were runny and the bacon was nearly raw, there was so much uncooked fat! My second morning I went to a restaurant on the strip - no problem. Toilet would not flush on its own. Had to fill up the waste paper basket with water and pour it down after each use. When I arrived there were no shower towels or hand towels or wash cloths in the room. When I requested them they supplied only shower towel. Beds (tried both) were lumpy and uncomfortable. I'm surprised you would recommend this hotel to anyone! And for the price I paid, it was maddening!!

Their towels are old and the toilet clogs .

Horrible experience, they had a party upstairs and they didn't let us know they were renting the hotel for people to have a party and the room was shaking at night from the loud music when complained about it, they said they would issue a refund to booking but they never did Plus the parking lot was 2 blocks away and it wasn't a closed parking lot

I liked the pool and the location near the beach. The room’s floor was dirty, there was blood on the floor, on the bed and one of the towels. There wasn’t a towel for the floor nor face towels, just for the body, and the bed sheets were not comfortable at all.

The building hasn't been painted in so long, the walls are gross, and the elevator does not work. There were only 2 old towels in the bathroom (we were 4 guests), no tawel for the hands or feet. When we asked for more towels, the front desk didn't want to give us more. They finally did. The beds are so uncomfortable, and they do not have a hair dryer, not an iron. Lucky we were there for one one night.

Comodidades y precio razonable, excelente ubicación. Estuve un día y todo el tiempo el agua de la alberca estubo turbia, en general la zona de alberca estaba sucia (basura en mesas y el piso) y el personal estaba platicando en lugar de limpiar.

Beds are very unconfomfortable! Hard to find some sleep.

The hotel is in very bad conditions: all the environment is very dirty, the elevator do not work properly (we have a baby and a stroller and we had to lift up to the 4th floor and go down to the 3rd floor by using the stairs because the control of the elevator didn't work), the room was dirty and entering there was a cockroach in the bathroom, the fixtures are old and the view was awful, the sheets were dirty and the towels smelled nasty

The services, the towels are with holes, the elevator not working 1 day, the reception not A/C, the shower was linking water, it's not the quality they show photos. Only one bottle of water for room free. The door lock was broken. I am not recommended. The photos in booking nothing can do with hotel..

Just 2 towel for a double room is not sufficient

The hotel is located in the blvd with many places around like rest and pharmacy and stores Parking is located in another zone and the elevator was not working
