Cleaning, room, comfort beds, services, roof, all very pretty. Was a very good experience altought at the beggining ocurred two things that really dissapointed us. First, the frontage looked like it was a abandoned place. Second and last, hostesses were very unkind since beggining when we first arrived, maybe they didn't notice but that was the reason a friend of mine started to complain them. Before of request for my name, one of the hostesses, told me in a rough way, the room will be ready thirty minutes later that the estimated time (Weeks before by email, I requested for an arrival time earlier, at 12pm, and they replied to me with a note that the check-in time would be at 3pm o'clock) We were not upset about time but attitude. We understand maybe several people prior us was filling them with a lot of requestes but sincerely, it was not our fault, when we arrived, they already were like upset.
