it's clean No bellboy, restaurant service slow. Only one elevator worked. They didn't sell me a coke past 10 pm even the person was still on the restaurant counter and the fridge full of cokes cause it was "closing" ( could have charged it to the room). They have many events so there is many people around the pool taking breaks and pictures. The time the sun hits the pool it's too short, just early morning and before sunset and water in the pool is not warm. Personal besides maids were not really nice or helpful.
