Location wise was fine, friendly staff and great access to rooms cleanness wasn't good, the bathroom smelled sewage, and they did not have tv neither internet service.

It was cheap The beds were absolutely hard and not comfortable at all. The Restroom was leaking water to the bedroom so our floor was getting a bit flooded with water and the towels are all dirty some even had stains on them and smelled bad.

Location Running water, we had to ask to change room because it was running water under the sink. We had to do it at deep night, they didn’t want to solve it fast, had to argue a bit

The people who clean the rooms make too much noise n scream n talk loud super early . Not recommended if u want to have a good rest

i stood in the balcony room, and it's all worth it. i was looking at the gulf of mexico for hours instead of watching netflix on my TV. it's near major restaurants and absolutely on the beach boardwalk. you can't walk straight into the water from the position of the hotel, but 500 meters each is the main beach for boca del rio. the receptionist was kind of surely with me - the owner said i could have a 1 PM check in and i arrived around 1:30, and the the receptionist made me wait at least 30 minutes. luckily i already had the wifi password and didn't get too bored.

The beach front location is perfect. There are restaurants and stores nearby. The staff is very polite and the rooms are clean. Good value for your money. They make coffe for the guests everyday and you can use the pool table and microwave for free. It has nothing to do with the hotel itself but there was a man screaming at 4am

there's absolutely nothing wrong with this hotel. a wonderful price, balcony prices looking on to the atlantic are ridiculous as in good - and i absolutely appreciated the staff i liked...not nothing. end of story. it was great. the receptionist during the day is a little fiesty but i'm sure she gets that with a lot of northeastern americans.
