Location and staff were great.. Poor WiFi in my room. I often had to use my computer out in the hall or downstairs in the lobby.

Great location. No hot water. Place is lacking a coffee machine or courtesy coffee stand. Beach is a few steps. Riviera can be amazing beautiful with nice weather. It does not have a coffee shop or courtesy coffee stand on premises.

The rooms are really clean and the beds are comfortable, the shower in the room is huge and spotless clean, the staff here are very friendly and helpful , the view from our room was amazing. Not much to dislike the fitness center is small but it'll get the job done

During the night, it was very noisy. Seemed like some repairs were being made. Didn't help me get good rest

Absolutely nothing. Terrible service, horrible room near a noisy vent, other guests watching porn at 3 am, dirty bathroom, charged me over 200 pesos more than the fee suggested in Booking.

Superb location facing the main street with beautiful beach scenery. At the time of checking in our rooms were not near one another. One room given was extremely hot and with poor ventilation (suffocating) After staff realized a pre-charge for a day had been received to secure reservations. The rooms were almost near to each other. The restaurant was under remodeling, which we were not advised of at the time of reserving our stay.
