The location was very good for us: we do not like crowds and this hotel is small, the area around is very nice, clean, relatively quiet, with 5 minutes' walk to the beach and also 5 minutes to the street full of restaurants and cafes for any taste. The Malecon and beach area are also clean, not overcrowded, we enjoyed walking with our dog. The hotel is pet friendly, for extra charge of 300 peso per night. In this room (we changed to a different one later) the WiFi is low and unstable. In 2 nights that we spent in this one we did not receive any cleaning or linen/towel change. For the extra charge for the dog you do not get anything: no water bowl, no pet bed, no cleaning.

In this room the experience is way different than in previous one: the room is spacious, nicely furnished, with very well-equipped kitchen, which included air-fryer, stove, coffeemaker, microwave, blender, full size fridge, also nice is individual WiFi router with super good and stable connection. The balcony mentioned in the description is actually the direct access to the roof-top terrace, equipped and with a nice view. During our stay we never came across other guests, so it was kind of private for us :) Again, during 3 nights' stay we did not receive any cleaning and also extra charge for the pet did not get any benefit. The experience is controversial- on the one hand you get the modern and good quality appliances, on the other, towels with old stains and a hole. But overall, was good for the spontaneous escape we have done.

close to the beach The hotel wasn't very clean and they charged my card again after I left and it was completely paid for! I didn't even stay for the amount of days I booked. THE ROBBED ME BY AN UNAUTHERIZED CHARGE TO MY CREDIT CARD!

It’s a very small place, has an air conditioner, centric place The beds are not comfortable, the towels and the bathroom is terrible There’s sand everywhere, there is no shampoo. There’s a balcony but dirty, there is basically no place to put the luggage, no wardrobe.
