The location close to the Malecon and restaurants was great. It's an old building. Pretty basic in its amenities and design and upkeep.

I reserved for 4 adults and they gave me only 2 towels, when I asked for 2 more towels they told me they didn't have any until the next day. Then they wanted to give me only 3, I had to ask for another one again!

Great place for exploring Veracruz! It’s not a super fancy hotel, but it’s very good for such a low price and it’s close to the beach, which makes it a great place if you want to watch sunrise by the Gulf. There are some good breakfast places nearby and the city center is now very far if you like walking Booked a place for two people but only got one towel, I guess the cleaning ladies didn’t know there were two of us coming

The staff are very friendly. It's located very near the beach and the gym on the beach. The rooms a large air conditioning is new shower works well. Every hotel near the beach has noise from traffic. But it's near the beach.

Cheap and good place Staff lack of training, bad wifi

I arrived early in the morning and around 9 I was in my way to the beach but the receptionist in the entrance asked us if we wanted room cleaning, I hesitate because the room wasn’t too dirty for a cleaning and I left part of my money in the room and I didn’t want to lose it but she was very persistent and she told me that their employees were trustworthy and that I should trust them because they have been working there for a long time now. Long story short, someone took around 170 USD cash. When I asked them about it, they blamed me for not deposit my “valuables” in the front desk (Yes, it was my mistake and I learned from this experience). I can’t prove that I had that amount and they can’t prove as well. Anyways, I won’t use booking or any of those hotels ever again. The hotel was pretty basic, affordable and the beach for swimming is at 15 minutes walking. the nearest one to this hotel is closed to the public because of the rocks and you’re not allowed to swim there.
