I liked the balcony and the view. The location is good for people who enjoy long walks to the harbor and historical city center. The room was clean, good size. The street in front is very noisy. The hotel has no restaurant, no cafeteria. The pool and whirlpool are not heated. The water was cold. My mattress was hard. Taxis have to be hailed from the curb, with your luggage. Reception is no help.

I did not expect the staff to speak English and they did not but they allowed me to check in at 7 o'clock in the morning. You should learn at least a little Spanish when visiting Veracruz. When I woke up I saw a balcony looking over palm trees and the ocean. The hotel pool & hot tub are nice and quiet and good. The cleaning staff were very polite. I'd like to see more smiles music and dancing in the reception area.

The beds were comfortable, the AC was great the hotel is on the main boulevard, the noise of the street got really loud at about 6 am

Good restaurant attached. Friendly staff. Large room. Right on the promenade (Maracon). Weak and unusable WiFi on floor 2 (floor 4 was ok when we stayed a few days earlier).
