The staff is friendly and committed to serve. It is dirty, the room in general. Needs maintenance like painting and washing the shower walls. It needs supervision.

The staff were friendly but no one could speak any English so had to use the translator all the time. It's a great location for the beach, shops and restaurants which are with a five minute walk. The room, although clean was in need of some TLC. There were marks on all the walls. The furniture scratched and the sink had a crack in it.

Nothing from what they promoted was included or said like it was online. Horrible service, dirty, a/c didnt work, have to pay for tv service, no restaurant or food to eat breakfast or any means. Its unacceptable. I didnt like anything.

Very friendly staff, huge rooms, good location. I first had very bad wifi, but then they moved me to the suite, where the connection was good.

Nothing Very, very bad customer service, wifi signal fails every 5 minutes, for this reason it is impossible to use the internet in the phone or laptop, water in the swimming pool is very cold.

Nothing This place has literally zero service. You need to fight for everything with extremely inefficient people at the front desk. Every time, that we asked a question at the front desk, they made us bad faces. To get a cleaning of the room we had to almost beg every day. The kitchen has nothing, literally nothing to cook or to even warm something in the microwave. No dishes, not even one knife, fork or spoon. Swimming pool is super small and super, super cold.
