The bathrooms were a bit old. Would be nice to have some renovation there.

The location is wonderful. We booked a room with a sea view, and it was exactly as described. The beach is steps away from the hotel. The boardwalk along the beach is great for walking and people-watching. The historic center, which comes alive with live music and dancing after dark and late into the night, is not within walking distance. However, a cab ride will cost only about 100 pesos.

I really liked this hotel, especially considering the price. The staff were super nice and accommodating. The location is fantastic, close enough to walk to the center and across the street from a decent beach. The breakfast was basic but good. The beds were also very comfortable. Highly recommended.

The room was much better than expected: marble floors and stone walls in the shower. The breakfast was very tasty. The swimming pool is just enough family with kids up to 12 years old The elevators could be renovated and also have Air conditioning

This hotel’s location is great. The beach is just across the street, and there are plenty of restaurants, shops and amenities available nearby. The staff was super friendly and eager to serve, and our room was comfy, spacious, and super clean. We are definitely coming back! Unfortunately, the pool was closed due to maintenance, and the noise was a bit too much when in the restaurant. Other than that, there’s little to dislike about the hotel. Food was good, and the restaurant was ok although a little noisy, but definitely not a deal-breaker.

The breakfast was good, except that most of the time there was only one main dish, the attention I received from the waiters was very good, especially from Mr. Ignacio and Mr. Salas. Most of the time all the hotel staff were very good, ready to solve any problem that arose.

I did not like Noise, cleaning, bathroom size , the shower, service

Location, staff, service, cleanness – everything was good. There is no fridge in the room. Breakfast was not very varied, but ok.

NOTHING, but I do want to say, Night staff on 01/13/23, was AMAZING, and the restaurant staff on 01/14/23, just as of AMAZING, Thank You Guys So Much, BLESSINGS

The Hotel was close to the beach. The pool was nice. Upon arrival we were not given the room we booked. There was a discrepancy between Booking.com and the hotel. I had to pay an extra amount to get the room that I booked. The room we were given was not clean. there were still dirty towels on the floor in the bathroom. We called the desk and they sent a person to clean the room and deliver towels. The air conditioner did not work well. we were told that the beachfront and fifth floor room had poorly functioning AC units due to the direct exposure to the sun.
