Great staff, always willing to assist, great service attitude Old, not quite what I expected, there is a gap between the sliding shower door and the fixed section that allowed the water to get through and inundated the bathroom outside of the shower area

I made the booking for a family member. I didn't receive any positive comments from the place. The hotel needs a good upgrade. It's old and has some abandoned vibe. My family didn't want to spend a single night there. Moved to a different hotel.

The room was dirty. I found some cigarettes on the window, the bathroom was dirty too and it doesn't have door only curtains so when you take a shower, the water leaks into the room and it looks really disgusting. I paid for a room with balcony and view to the pool and bathtub and they give one totally different. The beds really uncomfortable ?

there is a pool in the hotel and an elevator the pictures on the web don't match the actual hotel status, there are lots of damages on the construction, it needs too much maintenance. The beds are very hard to sleep well.

Nothing it was hard to find. nothing close by for food. it seemed run down and old. pieces were missing from the ceiling, showing exposed wires. bed was hard and pillows crappy. there was NO hot water. it rained over night and the streets all got flooded. there were no lights in the pool area and it was freezing. no wifi in the rooms.

Was clean Hostess was not ready with the booking They took over 45 minutes to confirm.that they had a room available. They were almost fully booked and they had the reservation printed AC was not working properly Not enough parking places for cars Room had no towels and we had to ask for them twice
