It is conveniently located near the malecón and several restaurants. The double-bedded room does not meet our spatial requirements.

This is a great budget option all around. Simple clean rooms, with modern A/C, good wifi, and a TV. Everything worked very well. Hot water and newly remodeled bathroom. Walking distance to great restaurants and cafes on nearby paseo. Quick walk to Playa Marti, and good swimming beach. All in all just right for me as a solo traveler, my first visit to Veracruz.

We found the staff at this hotel exceptional. They went above and beyond to help us with a smile. Every staff member we encountered was excellent. The bathroom was big and really nice- waterfall shower and hand held wand. Plenty of hot water. the room was big with comfortable firm beds. So many restaurants nearby-including a great vegan restaurant. I would absolutely stay there again it is great value for the money! We wanted to check in early and they were very strict on a 3 pm checkin. However they happily took our bags and kept them safe for us for no charge while we went out for the day.

I stayed already a few years ago in this hotel, consequently I decided again for it due to my great experience. But unfortunately it is not the standard anymore it had a few years ago. The staff is still very friendly and helpful, WiFi is great, room is spacious and beds are comfortable... ...but the Hotel is having a big lack of maintenance. Everywhere in the bathroom is mold, especially in the shower, the shower hose is in bad condition, the mounting for the shower hose on the wall is completely broken, the curtains are not fixed anymore properly, the light is partly broken. Quite sad, the location is great, around are super nice restaurants, the sea is just around the corner, the price is fair, but the lack of maintenance is for me at the moment a non-return.
