They said they will remodel soon. I suggest to wait for after the summer to plan a stay there. Currently it is not very nice.

Good breakfast

Good stay. Will return

No soap, toilet paper or towels in our room. Had to go to front desk to request them because phone in room didn’t work. Didn’t have pillows for pull out couch. Honestly expected better from an Embassy(they are my favorite in the Hilton family).

5/5 great service

There was a live roach in my bathroom in the counter. I notified front desk by text because Noone answered any of the preset contact buttons on the phone, not even house keeping when I needed more towels. I sent a picture of the roach and not a word from anyone but your establishment didn't hesitate to charge my room $4 for a bottle of water. I will not spend my money at Embassy suites again. My 1st of many stays to come in Boca was disappointing. As the parent of an incoming FAU freshmen I had hoped Embassy would be our go to location for the next four years, but all the events I mentioned here say otherwise. Do better please. Communication is key.

The location and staff were nice. My door was jammed and it was tough getting in and out. The room had a mold smell to it. There were no trash cans in the room.

Very nice. Seems to be an older property and showing its age just a bit, but very nice and very well maintained. Fairly convenient location. Breakfast is excellent.

It is a 4 star hotel, it could get 5 stars by cleaning the rooms and make beds everyday. They just replace towels if you require the front desk to do so. They do not replace sheets everyday, that is no acceptable for a 4 star hotel.

We understand there were renovations being done and it seems as if they were short staffed, but to walk into a room in a hotel that usually has a good reputation was very disappointing.

Very good

I requested an early check in as I was jet lagged due to a long flight. Rebecca made every effort to accommodate my request. I was able to check in early and get some much needed sleep. The man serving the breakfast on request carried a very poor customer service manner; it was bordering on inpolite.

First time booking at the Embassy in Boca Raton it was well worth it.

The pool was nice as was breakfast. Getting housekeeping staff to do all of their job was a hassle. Had to keep asking for clean towels( we were.there for 5 days 3 adults 2 kids). Had to ask for trash removal more than one day. Left early in the day and came back later in the day to.find housekeeping hadn't been in at all. Had to ask for shampoo and toilet paper by going down to the front desk in person. Front desk person who was nice to me refused to give my 21 yr old son pool towels wo a grownup. Hes in the army and has a wedding ring on his finger. A manager stepped in and ASKED him his age and gave him towels. Also our ceiling leaked. Bathroom sink was clogged and remained so during our stay. My grandkids came and had their own room w mom for 2 nights and loved the pool. Reception snack is nice for the free drink but snack was chips amd salsa( I cant eat chips) every night except one night they had veggies and dip. Overall next year we will stay at embassy in WPB . Saving a few hundred dollars and being closer to the kids was not worth it. Btw..ask for a room not next to the train tracks. Wakes you up at night.
