The room was partially clean. The desk top was very dusty (im allergic to dust). The bed was soft but it had a sink in the middle. The sheet had cut slits in them. The water in the shower was taking long to come out, when we pull the stopper out it was full of hair (gross). A.lot of patch work was done to the room, as i wall repairs. The rooms looks nothing like the pictures. The front desk sraff was nice. Even though when I tried to cancel my room for 1 night to get a room closer to the airport because.my mom has a lot of issues. The manager with no remorse told me no. Even though I frequent that hotel company in many cities. You have to.walk over to the next door hotel for breakfast. Overall a 3/10

Accommodations were adequate. Breakfast above average. Comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Good for one night stopover.

The stuff was good. Everything else was horrible.. there was a lady named Nancy at the front desk. I’ve never seen somebody that installed great with the clients so happy with her job.. if it wasn’t for her, I would have left after the first night

Good location, comfortable (besides the sofa bed), and the staff is incredible. We stayed one entire day without water in the building, we had to pay an additional fee for the dog (which wasn’t explicit from the beginning), and we had to walk to the other building every morning to have breakfast, which may times was crowded and didn’t even had a place to sit and enjoy the meal.

Great location and a very comfortable stay overall. The breakfast was excellent, the room was quiet, and the staff were highly professional. A special mention to Nancy at the front desk, who was especially helpful throughout our stay.

The room was immaculate. The staff could not have been more thoughtful. Overall very pleased with the two nights I spent there.

Very upset about pet deposit that was not stated as a cost on website. Very upset with the amount we paid for suites to smell weed in a non smoking hotel and rooms were not updated at all. Will not stay here ever again.
