Room was very small for family of 4 and bunk bed not safe for small kids. During the second night of our stay the heating was turned on (in the whole hotel apparently), and we woke up in a very hot room, which affected the quality of sleep quite a bit.

Our airbnb was a terrible and we were so lucky that Sette Archi could accomodate us at the last moment. Much needed AC, they accepted our dog as a guest, we had a stunning, outstanding view of the mountains and marina. They were very very nice and helped with travel difficulties. Everyone was very nice.

Location is awesome. Beautiful village and you can walk to plenty of restaurants and beach of course. Size of the appartement was really good. And the airco helped for a comfortable night's sleep. Good breakfast (charged extra). We rented their boat for one day and were given little instructions on how to operate it. We just got given the key and told to go find the bout in the port. Poor instructions and a break of communication between italiand and english, meant that we did not tank first (you could not check how much fuel there was) and eventually got stranded at sea and had to be rescued (at double to cost of what the boat cost for the day). All in all, it was a very bad experience. And we were even being charged for extra things at check out, whereas no checks of the boat were performed by their staff before or after the rental period. There was no consideration of the fact that we were stuck in open waters for more than 3 hours and already had to fork out to be rescued.

Everything! For the ones who sleep lightly, i would bring earplugs as you can hear a lot from the hallway.

Peaceful location. You have to have a car unless you want to stuck in one place for an entire holiday. You cannot rely on public transport. 100m to the beach, few restaurants. Overall Lovely village with outstanding views. You can rent boat from the reception for £80 Car parking. We got fined as we have not been told that there are different lines colours. Hotel does not have own car parking so it’s hard to find a place to park.

This is a gem of a hotel in a beautiful setting overlooking the river. Quaint, comfortable and amazing value for money. We were well looked after, enjoyed a few drinks at the bar before dinner, swim in the pool and breakfast was great. Nice walk into village for amenities and another cafe/bar. Would definitely return for a longer stay. HTe proprietor Maria is so friendly and welcoming!10/10 We didn't realise checkout was 10am so perhaps just a heads up on check -in so as not to cause delays etc.

The location was perfect in a nice quiet area. Lovely little town with a handful of great restaurants. Easy, local parking which was free. Great views. Nice friendly host. Great breakfast included. One staff member wasn't too happy or helpful, as we were enjoying a drink on the terrace and was asked to move as they needed the table for dinner, when in fact, the resturant had plenty of tables available. We were just asked in not a pleasant way.....

We loved our stay and did not want to leave. It is cozy, clean, and comfortable. The staff was very helpful. We rented a boat for one day from the hotel which we highly recommend!! Very small thing: the juice and coffee machines with breakfast sometimes did not work properly.
