Really nice property very comfortable The air-conditioning wasn’t perfect. It was set to 18 but still not that cool.
-
Very beautiful view of the pool and lake. Bathroom ok but shower box too small. GPS took us to barking lot, not directly to the hotel
-
The location is perfect with very nice views. AC was not very good with the high temperature we had those days.

lovely Hotel, and grounds, room clean,no problems No slippers,no phone,no milk for tes/coffee. Menu poor, mainley raw fish on dinner menu, Breakfast service poor, and slow. Embarrasing moments in busy Sunday lunch. Waiter came to table while eating lunch in busy restaurant, and asked for I.D. from my daughter. We were told Fully booked for Saturday dinner. Went down at 8.30 to try and get food. and a drink Restaurant in darkness,no staff. No one on reception. Went to bed hungry Communication poor. They lied about Saturday dinner, (Fully Booked)

We like the outdoor top floor deck and hot(cold) tub area. The place was clean. The decor was thoughtful. We had suitcases which were challenging to take up the two steep flights of stairs. (We did not know about these.) At 70+ years, that was difficult. We never saw a person. The breakfast was cold packages and baked goods on the ground floor, which was really unsatisfying. Parking was on the street, although we luckily found a place nearby. We thought we'd requested two beds, but the very, very small room had one queen bed. Our suitcases were in the hall and on the outdoor deck.

Beautiful location. Staff lovely. Clean , comfortable bedroom. Excellent food quality. No breakfast menu, little bit disorganised. Fairly expensive.

Lovely room. Beautiful surroundings. I will be back!

Lovely setting fantastic pool lovely dinner and breakfast. Room was ok but shower needed a thorough clean

Location and view are superb. All staff are friendly, helpful and genuinely nice. Breakfast was delightful. Dinner exceptional. Very clean pool in lovely environs. Would stay an extra week if they had room, but we will certainly be back. A wonderful place to escape from the world. Hard to think, but maybe room cleaning could be a little more thorough - a huge cobweb with flies has remained over our bed on the ceiling for a week.

The location at lakeside is great. Breakfast is served at good quality. Motorbike could be parked in the garage. Aircon runs noisy even switched off. Pool and Garden is a separate business so mostly not possible to use on weekends - better check in advance.

friendly and accommodating people, excellent wines and cuisine, fantastic grappa the lake is a few steps away, but I couldn't find any viable access to it. but the pool at the villa is also nice
-
Excellent kitchen, friendly personnel, nice pool! Rooms should be renewed

Excellent location in a very quiet neighborhood, great views of the lake and mountains, and perfect for cyclists as the villa is right on the bicycle path. Very nice dinner menu.
