The stay was very pleasant in a very nice place with family and friends. The food was very good and we had dinner at the backyard and you can see the lake view. The room was clean and fresh. Really like the high ceiling. Would really recommend!

Close to Milan Malpensa airport and in a quiet location. On site restaurant was very nice.

Wonderful restaurant, great service for afternoon drinks outside. Check in was a little clunky maybe due to communication issues. We were told the advertised airport shuttle wasn’t available to us because we hadn’t reserved it and yet it became available at a much higher cost.

Very well run property on Lake Varese, from efficient and pleasant checkin to the lovely restaurant, offering decent breakfast buffet and a la carte dining on the terrace or dining room. Plenty of free car park available, spacious rooms at reasonable prices. Owners are very hands-on involved with positive effect on the quality of the hotel services. Pity not allowed to swim in the lake.

the front desk was great the room was very dark and the location on lake maggiore is nice. the room was 40 C or a110 C at the end of May 2025 and their was not screens on the window. The air-conditioning doesn't get turned on until the end of July so you will roast. However, the owner and his wife both pretended that it would get cooler when they knew that it wouldn't . When they learned my husband was a geomatra finally they were like we will give you credit. So nice location would not stay there again. Room dimly lit.

Lovely hotel. Very quiet and relaxed atmosphere. Very good restaurant for dinner on site. That was super convenient. The walking path didn’t continue around the lake, you had to hike to get to the bicycle path which went around the hotel

The Hotel, staff, place and rooms were great. Rooms were spacious and clean. We were positively surprised. Would reccommend to make reservation for the restaurant and have a dinner there. I am greatefull for the stay. Sincere thanks! Maybe you would consider to have something warm for breakfast. Less cakes and sweets, but at least hot water/tea for self service and hot egs. (upon request Coffee and tea was served really pleasantly and was really good). Thank you.

The place is nice and has a good location for what brought us there. The staff is friendly and the room size is good. The breakfast was pretty basic, but not bad. The bed, at least for us, wasn't comfortable; it felt very hard. The pillows were definitely impossible to sleep on.

Classic 19th C Italian architecture inside and out… impeccable service and assistance with smiles. Simply superb restaurant and dining experiences…. And beautiful setting and view over lake. Could only stay two nights, but will return

Very friendly helpful team everyone was so welcoming and made our stay really enjoyable. Room was very basic and lighting was a little dim and the air con fan was very noisy.

Well, at night while I was already in bed I could smell some cigarette smoke coming from "somewhere" but I couldn't really figure where it was coming from. It happened twice around 11 pm.

The staff was extremely polite and professional. The room with the lake view was spacious and clean. I especially enjoyed the restaurant in the evening, eating outside. The food was excellent.
