Modern great decor, clean good amount of space and an amazing view Nothing for us but it’s a short walk to get such an amazing view

Not much. Accommodations were acceptable. Too far from the downtown and sea.

Loved having a washer and a bit of space to spread out. Zak was amazing... helped guide the taxi driver to the apart, super helpful with directions, offered bottled water, ran us down the hill to the grocery store, called a taxi for us when we left. He was available for questions via WhatsApp, and before our stay suggested some Hamams and tours. Kitchen was well equipped. We were close enough to walk to town easily, along the coast... no traffic, pretty view. We felt safe. I would stay there again if I wanted the features of an apartment..

Very steep streets to get to the apartment, but it was a good exercise! I got used to it after two days, no problem at all!

On our late arrival we were welcomed by Zak and given an upgrade to a gorgeous 2-bedroom apartment with a wonderful view from the balcony. It was spotless, with a very comfortable bed, excellent shower, a great kitchen and a lovely seating area. The area was quite with a couple of little shops that had a surprisingly good amount of stock. The walk to the town was short and although the hill coming back was steep, we really didn't mind and it was excellent for getting the heart rate up! We totally enjoyed our stay.

The host was very responsive and helpful. Even though we booked last minute, he promptly responded when contacted and even upgraded us to a two bedroom apartment. The apartment had all amenities, including washing machine and even detergent and the smallest of things were taken care of which was very helpful. The view from the top floor of the apartment was truly breathtaking and my favourite part of the apartment. The toilet seat in the bathroom was placed in a very tight spot which makes it difficult to even slightly move in the seat.

Beautiful apartment, with perfect cleanliness, where there is everything, with a beautiful view of the sea! The quietest neighbourhood, 6 minutes from the sea! My holidays for 2 weeks was wonderful! Many thanks to the guys, the owners, who always helped with all issues and gave recommendations! I'll definitely come back more! Thank you

Location was very good, a 20 minute walk into the centre of Bodrum. The views from the upper terrace were excellent. The two staff members were very helpful. The apartment view through the patio doors was not particularly good, one does not want to look at rubbish. The outside area needs to be cleaned.

We had a great time staying in Ilya apart in Bodrum. The neighbourhood in which the apartment is located is very clean, quiet and cosy. The apartment had absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable stay and Zak is an incredible host)

Great apartment, large balcony, nice bedrooms, living room and kitchen. The host is super kind and helpful. The apartment also has washing machine which was very useful. It is also not so far from the beach. Sometimes it was difficult to get parking.

Zak is an awesome host, he provided us with all the info we needed We booked a studio, but we were presented a two bedroom apartment The most amazing sunset I've witnessed (so far) on the rooftop floor the kitchen had everything from cutting board to a coffee french press machine three air conditioning units throughout the apartment one in the living room and one in each bedroom large terace where one can have breakfast washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, everything you could possibly want

We had an amazing stay at Ilya Apart 2. The views from the balconies were stunning, offering a picturesque landscape that made our time there even more enjoyable. Zek, our host, was incredibly hospitable and attentive. He gave us excellent recommendations for exploring the city and was always available whenever we needed assistance. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking to have a comfortable and memorable stay in Bodrum.
