Ruins Luxury Resort

The hotel is in an excellent location, which was definitely the highlight of our stay. The facilities are modern, well-maintained, and enjoyable, making the hotel look and feel very appealing overall. Unfortunately, the service did not match the quality of the property. The room lacked basic storage, with not enough closets or space for our belongings, and there wasn’t even a dresser/vanity table. We requested a room upgrade but were told the hotel was fully booked, even though upgraded rooms were still available on Booking.com. The soundproofing was also very poor—we could clearly hear noise from neighboring rooms and doors slamming throughout the day. In addition, only one bottle of water was provided, and there were no refills for the coffee capsules or other amenities during our stay. Overall, the stay wasn’t terrible, but it was far from comfortable. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not choose to stay at this hotel again.

I checked in but had to check out only two hours later because the air conditioning was not working. The staff tried to fix it but were unable to, and unfortunately, there was no other room available. The reception team was very understanding and helpful throughout the checkout process. ac not working

The property is amazing with nice views and great amenities. Access to the beach, spa, restaurant, everything is just perfect

Amazing roof top (Sips) , nice beach front and beach beds, great pool and clean rooms. Poor staff service im specifically talking about around the pool and the beach area. Tried to charge me for things i did not purchase during my stay? But they were nice enough to void after I insisted that it wasn’t my order. Ac is centralized by block so I did have an issue day 1 where the neighbor decided to turn off his ac which led to an entire night of practically no Ac. ( i was compensated for that night and experience)

The room condition was disappointing — some walls looked dirty and there were areas that appeared to have mold. Another issue was the accessibility; there were many stairs, which made going up and down very difficult, and this was not something we expected. On Booking.com, it showed that the suite had a sofa that could be used as a bed, which was one of the reasons we booked it for three people. However, when we arrived, the sofa was not a sofa bed and the space was too tight for us. We explained the situation, but unfortunately the hotel did not offer any upgrade or proper solution to make our stay more comfortable. Overall, the location/idea of the property may be nice, but the room size, condition, and lack of support from the hotel made the experience disappointing.

The location and the room and the style is completely unmatched. No other place looks as nice as this place. They upgraded me to a better room, which was really sweet. The room was beautiful and had privacy. The breakfast is good and they have a lot of variety for food and drinks. The water is peaceful and generally very relaxing. I would highly recommend this place! The atmosphere is a 10 out of 10! The village cats are adorable! Apart from the managers, it was quite difficult to get service around the beach area and I had to multiple times walk up to request a drink and to get help with my sun-bed. The breakfast starts at 7:30AM but they weren’t ready to give me coffee until 8 AM. If they fix this small detail, then it will truly feel like if five star experience. I would personally wish they fed the cats more so I didn’t feel so bad feeding them all the time.

Perfect location and facilities

The manager Ali and staff were brilliant and very accommodating we will definitely be visiting every year. No issues whatsoever. N/A

The property is well equipped with wonderful gym, pool, restaurant and bar with jetty sun lounge area. The staff are all so friendly and made you feel so welcome. It's challenging to get bar service at the pool throughout the day to order drinks and food. Also might be a nice option to offer a free cold water for guests around the pool when it's very warm.

The beach facilities were excellent with very helpful and pleasant staff, and a perfect food menu. Breakfast was perfect, not huge choices, but a good selection of high quality food, well presented and tasty. The Miraj restaurant serves fine dining based on local ingredients and dishes and our experience there was fabulous. Staff were excellent, very helpful, and pleasant. Special thanks to Mustafa in breakfast area and Elena at beach reception. Although adults only, there were 1-2 kids, was not a distraction for us, but if exceptions are allowed, the adult -only criteria may not fully apply.

Great beach, helpful staff. The location is fantastic, close to the Marina and other Yalıkavak hotspots. The service we received from the WhatsApp assistant was incredibly fast and helpful. Thank you Reyhan! The resort itself is beautiful, great boheme decoration, gorgeous aesthetic. They provide towels at the beach which we appreciated. The breakfast was great, we enjoyed it. It was hard to get ahold of the staff sometimes. The beds are super comfortable and the AC was a lifesaver. They provided us with small cosmetic items upon request right away. A disappointment was that the room was not ready at check-in time and kept getting delayed. Not a great start after a long plane ride and a taxi trip, we were very tired and disappointed to wait in the lobby without being properly informed. Our room was a lot less spacious than it seemed in the pictures. Our room was a corner room on the 9th section, and I think that’s why it was a very narrow, long room. The corridor was super narrow to a point where two people can’t even walk side by side inside. This suite should’ve been called junior at most, not deluxe. The photos were a bit misleading. I’ve included a picture. great balcony though. One of the wardrobes no hanger space and it was just a super narrow thin one that we just didn’t understand what the purpose of having it was. It would’ve been nicer to be able to have two normal closets because my partner had to live from his suitcase for a week, and there is barely any space to lay a suitcase down flat. Again, this is perhaps related to the very odd shape of our room.

Only thing nice about the property was the design. - Staff were not friendly and not helpful at all, especially the reception! Didn’t even give me half an hour after checkout time!! - Also upon checkout they tried to add extra charges to our room which we haven’t ordered.

The only thing good about the property is the design. Front desk staff were NOT friendly at all, upon checkout I believe the guy who came to check the minibar took an envelope of cash from the room, and when checking out they tried cheating me in the bill by adding extra food I haven’t ordered. Also the hotel valet was not part of the stay and had to pay extra per day.
