Lovely location and good value for money

The only thing good about the property is the beach was sand which is based on the location. The waiter from the restaurant Mert and Emircan by the beach staff along with Tugba from guest services were helpful. The rooms have balcony and some sees the water. The room floors are stained with foot prints. The nightstands are stained. The air conditioner was making a sound like there was a truck inside the room and was not cooling fast. The technician came two days after and said they couldn’t fix it so we had to change rooms. The property is EXTREMELY old and nothing has been renewed. I got stuck on the elevator and the alarm was not working. The staff is willing to help you only if you tip them. There are zero beach beds available due to people leaving their towels on them possibly from the night before. The food is really unacceptable. We stayed 6 nights and the food was the same thing every single day for breakfast lunch and dinner. The snacks are also the same frozen meat burgers and fries. The alcohol is no brand. The taste is weird. The guest services associate Tugba tried to remove stains and help but it was not even her job. The safe inside cabinets had no batteries also had to wait for someone to prepare it when all of this should have been done before we arrived. The entertainment did not meet expectations it was very dull even though it was a special holiday. The management team really needs to upgrade because this hotel is surrounded by really good hotels. The bathroom door knob came out as I tried to exit and thankfully I was able to get out and fix it myself. The beach bar had no ice and soda bar had no soda- the machine was broken for our entire stay. The hotel is not clean, I had to wipe and clean myself the entire room. The only fruits served were watermelon and cantaloupe the entire stay. You have to pay extra 50TL for freshly squeezed orange juice although everything is all inclusive. The massage package was sold to us each for 1000TL and the next day to out friends for 800TL. It is a shame how they manage to think the guests will not find out how they change prices. I wish I took all the comments more seriously before booking at this hotel. The pictures are real and comments are true.

Too many people smoked in too many places. It should be restricted.

Literally nothing. Only the manager Fuat was very nice and sincerely let us check out the next day and return the full price for the rest days. Big thanks Fuat! Literally everything!!! The hotel is dirty as hell! The carpets on the hallway was never changed I believe since the hotel was built, and it was disgusting to see the nastiness and even walk on them! The room has a foul and cigarette smell! impossible to sleep without the AC which is right up the bed which makes you hard to fall asleep! The bed linen is filthy, like they didn’t wash them, and a meter long hair were on the bed linen! Seems they weren’t even bothered to wipe the floor before we checked in. The bathroom is old, no warm water, and the filter works like a tractor on the field, that you can’t even loose the stool peacefully. The towels I’m sure were bought in 16th century and used 3 million times. They don’t even absorb water anymore! The food feels like they were gone 3 days ago and it’s not anymore safe to eat them. I drank only water. The beach is very small, and my group could have a bit fun at the pool. That’s it. The staff doesn’t speak English. They don’t even try to solve your issues, which they should have before I checked in as a 4 star hotel!!

The property was good. Perfect location and the food was excellent. There should have been more water slides.

ONLY the best thing was Fuat Bey in this place. He made out stay pleasant as much as possible. If he wasn’t there we could leave next day. He has excellent customer service knowledge. In my opinion this place has to keep him no matter what. Fuat bey thanks again for everything. Dirty Dirty Dirty we were there 5 nights so called they clean the room everywhere was covered with dust. Cleaners are very young guys I am sure never had cleaning experience they don’t even know how to clean. This place all inclusive day in day out same exact food . They use only Turkey meat and they tag them as lamb that was the stupid dirty cheating I ever saw in my entire travel experience. Drinks were diluted and only gin and vodka nothing else. We got our own bottles to enjoy. But again barmens and waiters were so polite so friendly and courteous. There was water poodle at the reception area I slept and fall they didn’t even gave me accident report they called there EMT she looked ask me if I want to go to hospital I declined the offer but ask for accident report they declined and didn’t give me one.

The staff, front office team, food and drink, music and room cleanance were amazing. I totally enjoyed my trip and i recommend golden age hotel to anyone who is looking for a complete all-inclusive hotel experience in turkey. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

Huge property with a lot of facilities such as pool bar, lobby bar, main restaurant, snack bar , 3 swimming pools, kids area, aqua park, amphitheater, hugest private beach ( very clean) and the spa. The employees very kind and helpful. special thanks to Fuat in reception, Mert and one more waiter( unfortunately did not get his name) in main restaurant they used to bring my tea and beer for my boyfriend without us asking them, always kind and keep checking on us. By the way food is delicious and variety of the food is great and keeps changing daily. Widi (Spa) is the best ever massage therapist I have met, thanks to her my back is not paining anymore. Mehmet from the spa super helpful and kind person. I would like to mention housekeeping team is wonderful and very professional in their job. Room was cleaned, I would say polished and shiny every day. Even in 5star hotels you wont get it, but in Golden Age on daily basis. Fresh towels, refilled amenities, deep cleaning and fresh linens they will provide on a daily basis. Recreation Team I believe one young lady and two gentlemen also very professional and responsible, every day new sport activities like water handball, darts or table tennis, in the evening most romantic karaoke nights are well organized by them. I will come back here for sure. The best place for families, couples and friends. Everything was perfect
