One big scam - they cancel the fully paid reservation at the last moment referring to some mysterious “technical error” and booking.com actually does not return the paid money. It has been one week now and nobody cares a tiny bit. Which makes me think this hotel specialized in such scams and booking.com are the accomplice. Nothing - it was a disaster neither the receptionist can help you with your check in-out issues. I wanted to cut the nights to only one night and the receptionist made me wait for the manager next day 9 am instead of solving it, no guest relation i had to wait to get the answer wether i can get refund for the rest if the nights after waiting no one met us. And i got no refund. Its not a resort it doesn’t count as a hotel its like an apartment hotel ( pictures isnt the same)doesn’t match the high price value Room and bathroom was old and Very dirty i had to buy cleaners to clean it, no shampoo no tissues the towels were very dirty, the bed sheet had yellow spots the Ac wasnt working - the food was dry and smelly there was cats rooming around the food area the chicken breast was expired to me , the fruits wasn’t fresh, the swimming pool is dirty. I didnot feel safe around the hotel there was old mans rooming arounds with weird looks.

The air conditioner didn’t work. It made rambling sounds. I could hardly sleep

The location, overlooking the waterfront and our room was gorgeous. The Jetty and sea access was great along with the evening meal at the top restaurant. The buffet was a bit bland and repetitive. The guest relations staff were unhelpful with some of our enquiries. There was many people at the hotel staying via Easy Jet holidays and Tui travel, which often led to groups of Brits drinking all day.

The room was great. beach was perfectly clean and across the hotel. would definetely recommend.

The property is super clean and the staff is always keeping the pool and surrounding clean. Even the pier with the sunchairs and chairs are clean. The staff was alway attentive to our needs! The only thing I can complain was the air conditioning was very weak and hardly put out cool air the first day we arrived. Maintenance people flipped a vent and nothing more. Didn’t do much to keep our room cool. A 5 star hotel should be able to have room control for each room to set cooling temperatures for the rooms. The hotel needs to be proactive to keep rooms cool!

Almost everything was excellent Maybe a better room service offering would be great.

Facilities and staff are so great and everyone is friendly. The beach is awesome and street food and pool bar amazing The room was standard needs a bit of luxury
