The property does not have an elevator, but it is easily accessible. The staff are also happy to assist with luggage if needed.

The room is very spacious and has a balcony. Walking distance to the beach, however, due to the low season most of the nearby restaurants are closed. Breakfast is basic but has hot and cold options. Our flight was at 11pm and since it's low season the staff kindly let us stay in my room until 4pm without extra charge. Due to heavy rain, the windows were leaking The doors were closing loudly so I find it annoying that when other guests are coming back late at night their doors were noisy.

The room was clean No free wifi in hotel which is very important and not acceptable at all. They wrote in Booking but who will check in these day that the hotel will take money for WIFI.. no way

The room is big for a solo traveller. Near Gumbet Beach. A bit fat from the Marina, the reception guy is rude. Whenever you ask for something, most of the time it wont be available. Overused towels, broken tissue holder, AC did not work until the last day. My first day I itch because the sheets is not changed for a while it seems.

We have got a free upgrade from double rooms for 8 people to two huge family apartments (each is 2-bedroom) - with this upgrade the comfort of our stay when up considerably and our appreciation of the stay as well. Without the free upgrade, the value for the money would not have been really good. We liked above all the pool area: it is large, clean, warm water, during some hours water slides are running. The location is nice: close to the city beach (a bit too dirty, stray dogs etc), not far from the numerous restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff. The quality of food at breakfast is moderate, both with respect to the choice (Turkish kitchen only, many types of cheese but all are of the same style etc.) and the quality of ingredients (meat is horrible, the vegetable oil is bad, no olive oil et all, while fruits are great). The food at the swimming pool is also mediocre, only burgers are edible. Sorry for this harsh judgement, but we stayed there for 2 weeks.

I was shocked that in 2025 I have to pay for wifi and safe box in the room. To have a sunbeds next to swimming pool you have to awake at 4 am may be to put towel on it and go to sleep again, because if you come at 8 all sunbeds will be busy. Meanwhile just random people not from a hotel also were coming at night putting towels and enjoying their time, but people from hotel couldn’t get sunbeds because they came 10 am. Met family of 6 who was not staying at the hotel but using swimming pool and sunbeds every day. Hotel staff should control this by giving some bracelets ot at list checking room and family name.

The outside, so the buildings, the pool, the reception looks nice and the hotel is in a good location. Food is all right, there are multiple pools, where free towel is provided for the sunbeds. The rooms are extremely dirty. The floor in each room sticks like nobody ever did mopping or if someone did the water was never changed in the bucket. It seemed like the cleaning stuff uses the floor as a modern art painting canvas. According to the cleanness it is a 1 star hotel. Save for yourself some money and book a cheaper one or spend some more money to get an actual 4 star hotel.

Location, and I he stuff are friendly. Not clean, daily room cleaning was disappointing. They have missed to clean my room, also they don’t clean it well like other places that i went to, also you don’t get a refill of coffee once you consumed it in your kitchen. Moreover, my room requires some maintenance like bathroom door doesn’t close due to some structural issue, shower needs to be marinated properly. Also, they are still used a physical metal key for the rooms. Once you’d like to book, make sure that your not on the other side of the road, were you need to either cross the road or to go through an underground tunnel

What I can say is that everyone is committed to make sure each single client is taking care of. Ilkay Front office manager is always ready to do the extra mile to help . Bahadir F&B manager always making sure you like the food and everything is ok . Ibrahim F&B assistant always here to support even if not related to his department of work . Erring night réceptionniste or guardian angel of the hotel . Honestly what a great team ..! If I come back to this hotel it would be only for the amazing team . The cleaning isn’t amazing , they don’t wash your dishes from the plates or glasses you have available in the room . Beside changing bed sheet and not great floor moping they barely clean the rest . You have to be in the room with them to tell them to clean properly . Gümbet beach is so dirty I wouldn’t recommend to anyone to swim there so consider that the hotel has only pool .

The staff were very kind and cooperative. Every single employee I encountered provided me with the highest level of care. I didn’t like the flight of stairs I had to take to my room and I would rather use a lift.
