Location On arrival I was told I would be moving so I couldn’t unpack and get comfortable only to be moved the day before I left not only this but the food was obviously the last of what they had as I was informed by the locals that the property was closing down so I was wondering why would they take booking so close to closing down and why would booking.com advertise this property

Helpful attentive staff.Clean.Nice cold beer and tea and cappicinos on tap very nice.Close to room swimming pool , canteen and bar.Close to beach and shops.The deserts were amazingly good.The freshly cooked omelettes and pancakes with lots of choices of syrups.Fresh bread and salads. The fish wasnt cooked to a good standard.The chicken was over cooked.The staff were not very well versed in english . The loungers seated cushions need renewing.The sauna was shut as was gym.The bins are situated close to the outdoor seated area adjacent to the bar so flys are a constant issue.

The location was great and staff weee really hardworking and nice Hotel was so outdated, mold in most places in the bathroom and the ‘private beach’ looked awful

Starting by the room itself, no slipper, no bottle of water. They said that it is soundproof but unfortunately you can hear your neighbours conversation so you can't sleep all night long. They said garden view, trust me no view only walls. For the food, almost same food everyday chicken and veggies no meat. As for the wifi, very bad connection. Staff they don't smile at all they are not friendly at all. This hotel is not recommended at all

Nothing to be honest. This was the worst hotel I have visited in my life, especially in Turkey, where they have so many great hotels with high level of service. - This is an old shabby hotel (see the photos) - There are problems with light, air-conditioning, smell from smoking and toilets inside the hotel - It's not equipped as a normal hotel of this level: no slippers, Wi-Fi not working, no water bottles upon arrival - There's no private beach. The closest beach is public and the dirtiest we saw in Bodrum - The photos on Booking are nice, but this is not the territory of the hotel, so it's a scam - Terrace and the cafe "A la Carte" are closed and used just to store old furniture - So called "All inclusive" consisted of meals of very poor quality. In terms of meat there was nothing except chicken for 6 days we stayed here.

Nothing - the hotel was disgusting. It was outdated, smelt gross and was extremely unpleasant Disliked everything. I rarely / never write reviews but it is important to note that this stay was extremely unpleasant. My partner went downstairs at 6am to ask for water (as the fridge was empty upon arrival and the phone in the room did not work) and the staff told us they had NO water bottles at the hotel, not even for sale.

The hotel and its services exceeded our expectations based on the feedback we had read. The investment in the hotel's services and comfort was evident, and we will definitely stay here again in the future. The location is excellent, with easy access to the pool, shops, restaurants, and the beach. Additionally, the beautiful and peaceful courtyard was a delightful bonus.
