Location of the property good for accessing the beach and the local shops. Bedroom quite decent beds were comfortable however was given a twin room when we had booked a double. Property absolutely filthy other than the bedroom all of the living areas were very dirty. Had to buy cleaning products from the local store and clean the bathroom which smelt of sewage. cleaned the toilet the mirror sinks and shower. Even after cleaning the shower doors residue was still built up which shows that this property is not maintained. The washing machine drawer had mould in it machine smell very damp again had to clean this and run it on a hot wash to clean it out Kitchen sink had residue of food on arrival False advertisement that Wi-Fi is available in all areas. This is not the case the Wi-Fi does not work and when asked the hosts if they are able to sort this or have an alternative no help was given. On checking the lady brought us to apartment and said that she had upgraded us to a one bedroom with a terrace which wasn’t the case that was exactly what we had booked one bedroom apartment with Terrace which was booked with a double bed, but again gave us a single beds.

Thank you so much for my wonderful stay, love the place, the service excellent, loved the pool the apartment very clean and super confortable, will go back again when is possibly, near the beach absolutely beautiful. From Luisa in Spain.

Very nice apartment and rooms,swimming pool everything near ,shop restaurants,bars etc. We enjoyed our stay.

Good staff The bathroom was really dirt , not enough towels or toilet paper! They had only put one half of toilet paper .. everything is super old old!

Lovely and comfortable. Very big rooms and huge balcony. The staff and owners Nihal and Okan are amazing people. Some if tge best people I ever meet and they deserve the greatest respect I will be back definitely

The location was great. Be aware that is very close to bars, local hotels so you can hear music in the evening. I guess it all depends on why are you there in Bodrum. Relaxation or clubbing. Apartman was spotless. We liked the size of the living room, bathroom, and balcony. The staff is friendly and kind but they don't speak english. It has 2 air-cons, which was really needed as it was very hot at the end of July. Beach (just a short walk) is really close, with a taxi station, dolmus and many shops. For everyone wondering if this property is uphill, the answer is no. This Aparthotel needs HOUSE rules. No loud music after XY hour, no noise after XY hour, no pool after XY hour. The kitchen needs updating as you don't have proper cups, except those for Turkish tea. Apartments need safe. There is no place to leave documents or other valuable things. There is a sign in each apartment that is warning you that they are not responsible if your valuables are missing, but they don't give you safe. I mean, nothing happened, but you get my picture.

Great location right off the main street in gumbet where all the shops, cafes, restaurants and bars are. Great value for money. Great swimming pool, gardens and room space No english speaking staff. Fixtures and fittings were of a low quality.
