Staff was receptive and tried to help whenever we asked for something. The room was spacious, bed was comfy, fridge worked properly, shower functional too. Decent breakfast but it could use some variety. The hotel restaurant serves breakfast by the pool, which is super nice, and the restaurant staff is super nice - got a a few turkish coffees and tea on the house. Several things: - the shower had a leak which caused water to get under the toilet, but that was fixed shortly by the staff - the shower head support was not fixed properly into the wall so we were afraid it will break while we picked the shower head to use it. The staff told us to not worry, and use it as is. It did its job by the end, but it felt like something they don't care about, which made us question how important it is for them for things to be properly working. - this is a wild one, and might not be related to the hotel itself, but I will say it nonetheless, because it might be. I think I got some bacteria that caused a skin rash on my nose from the beds sheets. It might be from them, or brought from the outside, from their sundbeds, or from other sunbeds I used in bodrum/bitez area or from something else. The skin rash manifested after 3 days or so staying at the hotel.. so I doubt it came from somewhere else before I arrived, but yeah, unfortunate for me, and might not be representative for the hotel, since I am not sure if other guests got it and linked it to the hotel. Just want to point it out as a data point, maybe someone else will have something similar as well. - the lobby at the first floor seemed like a deposit space for bed sheets and whatnot. Made the whole experience feel unpolished and not that clean - sunbeds at the pool did not look to be cleaned regularly - wifi worked for a bit but towards the end of the stay there were some issues with the line, for which the provider should've jumped in, in a timely fashion, with a fix, but it didn't happen, so we had to rely on outside sources of wifi from the nearby restaurants. - soundproofing is not the best, we got some neighbors who spoke a lot towards early morning and we could here their voices like a constant noise in the background, and it was very hard to fall asleep that night

It is very bad facilities First we were waiting for 20 minutes for reception to give us key of the room. When we came to the room it was dirty, I have pictures, and we found huge cockroach next to bed. Terrible

Breakfast should have been better

Easy to find very nice and modern I liked everything my room I loved how quiet it was at night time the pool area looks very nice to lovely and helpful stuff food was very good to recommend !!

Nice one , family kinda running the hotel , yet they’re professional . Breakfast was…ok…not a buffet you get a set menu plate

Our room was new and clean, breakfast was adequate and delicious.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel! It's in a great location, and it's easy to get anywhere from there. The breakfasts are a bit different in the off-season, but it's still really tasty and fresh. Our room was lovely and clean, and it was really cosy.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Clean, very close to the sea, a great hotel. Breakfast is very good and sufficient.

I recommend for an enjoyable holiday.

It's a very comfortable hotel. Everything is new. We especially loved the cleanliness and hygiene. It is quiet on weekdays. It is also advantageous that it is close to the center and the beach.

Our room was clean and overlooked the pool. The reception staff is friendly. The hotel itself is well maintained. Easy to reach.

The rooms we stayed and the bathroom was very clean, the beds are big and comfortable.
