Ena Boutique Hotel & Residences

Ideal location, super clean rooms and excellent air conditioning. Highly recommend! I liked everything.

Everything was brand new with top quality appliances and fixtures like Bosch and Duravit. The beds were probably the most comfortable I have ever slept on, including my own at home. The washing machine was housed in a separate closet off the master bedroom, not in the kitchen which is so much better, plus it had drying capability which is a rare treat on vacation. A Nespresso machine and a kettle were provided. There was a lovely view from our lounge window of the sunset and of the castle which was particularly lovely at night. There were insect screens on all the windows, so it was possible to get fresh air without getting bitten. The pool area was stylishly arranged with loungers and parasols, a squashy sofa and chairs, and a huge four poster ‘bed’ with drapes and a few tables and chairs. Ample pool towels were provided. The hotel reception area smells amazing and all the staff we met were friendly and welcoming. There are several grocery stores, a fantastic bakery across the street and many great restaurants within easy walking distance. Both the restaurant and the rooftop bar were not serving food and drinks during our stay for various reasons. It didn’t bother us, as we were free to take our own to the pool or sit in any of the beautifully furnished locations whenever we wanted and enjoy the views. There is no elevator in the apartment building, only in the hotel building but the very willing staff helped us with our luggage on arrival and departure. Some apartments face the busy road and others are quieter with better views but with more steps. All the 2bed 2bath apartments we saw, have a slightly different layout some with bigger kitchens, some with bigger lounge area, some duplex, but all identically furnished. We chose view, quiet and bedroom size as our priorities but the bathrooms were a little smaller. There is no direct access from apartments to pool, restaurant and bar, you have to go via hotel reception. Only a possible issue if you have mobility problems.

It would have been nice if the restaurant was open. Parking was sparse, we had to park far away. The front staff were not overly helpful.

Very clean, presentable property. Great location, walking distance to many places. Excellent bakery and convenience store/supermarket right across the street.

The hotel has a beautiful Chabby-Chic decor and is very well maintained. The rooms were very clean and confortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Great AC, considering the hot weather outside. Nice pool facilities. Great breakfast offering and staff assigned. Being on a room on the first floor, by staircase and elevator, there was noise from reception and the staff of the hotel, during day-time. Sometimes was hard to rest in the afternoon.

A bit expensive

The staff are invaluable and go above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. We wanted to celebrate a special occasion, and the restaurant staff made sure that everything was in place. Especially Sude, who took the extra mile to assist us every day during the stay! The only thing that was difficult was not having a kettle in the room. So we had to order from the restaurant within the hotel or go out to get a hot drink.

The lift was out of service throughout our stay, but all of the hotel guests received a complimentary fruit platter for the inconvenience

Excellent hotel. Great location, clean rooms, nice pool and good food. Staff was very nice and helpful, in particular Sinem who gave us complimentary tea and coffee and showed us the best places to visit. Definitely enjoyed our stay!

The decor throughout was fantastic, as was the cleanliness. Staff were amazing, however the gentleman at breakfast and in the bar whose name we didn’t manage was very helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff Minor issue was room temperature was very warm even with AC

The hospitality was very guess and the breakfast was fab. The air conditioning of the hotel was central cooling... seemed more central heating..I did not sleep for the 4 nights that I stayed here. I will v never ever come back n stay here.

Exceptional

Large room and bedroom, very clean, WiFi consistently being dropped, tv kept disconnecting and wouldn’t even turn on one morning. Several outlets did not work, not much drawer space at all. Hallway lights didn’t all work which made it pretty creepy at night going down the long hallway.

The location Nothing

Everything, especially a bowl of fruit in the room... I had too short time to stay there.

Very good

I loved how attentive the staff were, no matter the request they always deliver.
