Everything was smooth and the breakfast was exceptional

Hasan at the front desk was wonderful! <3 Location was nice. No help with booking when asked for help beforehand. Not accommodating, they simply did not care. Management is horrible, the only saving grace was the front desk guy, Hasan. Pool has an absurd amount of chlorine. Go in before you allow your kids in to see for yourself.

Breakfast was fantastic, staff were all very helpful and kind. Hotel was very clean and quiet. I felt very safe. Beds and pillows could be upgraded.Needs more lighting to do makeup.

The staff is friendly and they did their best to make us feel good. The location is good, but little far from the city attractions. However the beach is 3-4mins walking distance which is compensating. Breakfast was good as well. Initially we were accommodated in a room where the bathroom was very dark, there were no hangers for the clothes (maybe only 2), no bed blankets, not even a cup to put the toothbrush. You can park in front of the hotel, but on the street and there is no actual parking. The worst thing was the bad internet connection which was almost not existing. However, they have managed to fix all this for us and move us to another room which was way more comfortable. My score for the initial accommodation is 4 and the score for the room we got afterwards and the service is 10. This is why I give an average score of 7.

Very nice and clean hotel. The hotel atmosphere was good and it felt like a new hotel. The location was good. The one adjacent wall was quite thin and we could hear the tv in other room. I reported it and they sorted it out so no worries.

The personnel is very helpfull and friendly. Room interior is nice and new. We had a nice view to the montains and town. Guys recommended us wonderfull beach 10 min ride from the hotel. They have delicious breakfast and nice coffee. Prices in the bar quite nice. Just 2 days there, too little.
