We LOVEEED our stay here, huge rooms, amazing staff and service. Breakfast is gooood, beach vibes are always a hittt, wonderful location, taxis are always available and the receptionists are so helpful and kind ❤️❤️ definitely recommending this hotel to my friends and family The only thing I didn’t like is whenever I take a shower the water floods and leaks out to the room.

The art in the hotel. The outdoor pool. Genuinely speaking I wouldn’t say this is a 5 star hotel. Nothing about the hotel fitted into the 5 star category / experience. Stayed in the ‘Deluxe double feature a pool with a view’ Unfortunately didn’t have a view of such thing, pool was freezing even when the sun was out it’s covered by trees. Was duty inside of the pool. I had to ask them to clean it which they did after 2 days. The hotel beds ain’t that comfortable, not how you imagine a hotel bed to be fluffy and cozy as others are. Rooms are not that clean as an 5 star hotel should be. None of the staff speak English, you have to google translate to them. Very hard to have conversations with them even to ask for things eg room service, or ask them for recommendations for places to visit. You have to ask the staff at the reception desk to order you a taxi. As taxi’s are not just outside or notting like uber works just keeps you waiting then cancels the trip. Breakfast is terrible. Same things were dished out daily. I see them packing it and bringing it out the next day. I even see staff and chefs eating the food while coming in and out the buffet area. Staff are not really helpful they don’t really care when asking questions. They have nothing for kids to eat.

The beach area, the service and the spa was beyond my expectations. The sea water was extremely clean. The floor staff was kind, sincere and helpful. Breakfast was a true chef’s kiss for kicking off the day:) N/a

The hotel design, the beach, the pool and the staff were great The quadruple room we had is supposed to have a sea view, which it does but between the room and the sea there’s a sort of storage that ruins the whole view, we didn’t enjoy the sea view because we barely saw it. Also, the breakfast was soooo basic or even less than basic, same thing everyday, very limited options.

They was so nice staff, safety please , clean please I like the spa and cozy ,, close for everything I like They should add more options on the food for the breakfast

The cleaning is so bad and they always bring the food wrong and they add a receipt that is not with our signature.

Rooms are nice and spacious, hotel is clean. No english at all. Facilities are really poor. Gym had no AC or water, no one at reception / no security. Anyone could walk in. Lights are closed at night..

We didn’t feel like it has 5 star standards, under staffed, food was average. The overall feel did not live up to what we expect from a 5 star hotel

beach is phenomenal, staff are well trained, free parking , rooms are clean with spectacular view. breakfast is poor pool is relatively small
