Azka Hotel

The only truly beautiful thing about this place is the sea itself. The hotel’s overall atmosphere and vibes simply do not justify the cost. Unfortunately, despite the kindness of the staff, I would not recommend this hotel for the price charged. There are certainly better options available for the same budget. Bana verilen oda, benim açımdan oldukça karanlık ve manzarasızdı; konumu ve atmosferi nedeniyle bodrum kat hissi uyandırdı. Odaların ses yalıtımının yetersiz olduğunu düşündüm. Konaklamam sırasında, yan odalardan ve özellikle banyo kullanımından kaynaklanan sesler odamdan duyulabiliyordu. Bu durum, konforumu ve dinlenme deneyimimi olumsuz etkiledi. Yemeklerin lezzeti benim damak tadıma hitap etmedi ve bu fiyat seviyesindeki bir otelden beklediğim kaliteyi sunmadığını düşündüm. Plaj ise benim ziyaret ettiğim dönemde oldukça kalabalıktı ve rahat bir şekilde vakit geçirmeyi zorlaştırdı. Otelin en beğendiğim yanı denizin güzelliğiydi. Ancak genel atmosferi ve sunduğu deneyim, ödediğim ücret açısından beklentilerimi karşılamadı. Olumlu olarak belirtmek isterim ki, restoran çalışanları son derece nazik, yardımsever ve ilgiliydi. Konaklamam boyunca gösterdikleri güler yüzlü hizmet, deneyimimin en olumlu yönlerinden biriydi ve kendilerine teşekkür ederim. Genel olarak, bu değerlendirme tamamen benim kişisel konaklama deneyimime dayanmaktadır. Fiyat-performans açısından beklentilerimi karşılamadığı için, benzer bütçeyle farklı seçeneklerin de değerlendirilmesini tavsiye ederim.

⭐️ 10/10 – A Perfect Stay in Bodrum I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Azka Hotel, and I can honestly say it exceeded my expectations. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The hotel has a special vibe and energy that feels like heaven. It is the perfect place for people who enjoy a healthy and active lifestyle. The gym is one of the best hotel gyms I have ever seen—fully equipped with everything you need. My daily routine of working out, enjoying the amazing food with plenty of protein options, and then relaxing under the sun was simply perfect. The sea views are breathtaking and among the best in Bodrum. I highly recommend booking a sea-view room because waking up to that view every morning is an unforgettable experience. Another highlight was the taxi boat service, which operates from early morning until 1:00 AM and takes you directly to the marina and downtown area for only 200 Turkish Lira one way. This was one of my favorite parts of the stay and made exploring Bodrum incredibly enjoyable. The guests were mostly 40+, very respectful, well-educated, and created a high-quality, relaxing atmosphere with wonderful energy. Thank you, Azka Hotel, for such an amazing experience. I will definitely be back—100% recommended! The only small downside was that the air conditioning was too cold, and we couldn’t properly adjust the temperature.

Dirty, Dark

Beautiful property lovely beach and the room is spacious and nice. Most importantly the staff are amazing and very friendly front office staff specially Beren and the rest all of them but I can’t remember their name. Even the F&B staff. Lovely hotel for couples and families. In the room the water pressure of the shower is weak.

The Wi-Fi was annoyingly spotty. That's about the only negative I experienced

Dinner/Breakfast: better access to soft drinks and juice would have been nice; also, I didn't understand that there would be alternate protein available at an outdoor grill. Had I known in advance I would have opted for the meats that the chef there was grilling. Room: there was a ridge at the bathroom door. I guess that I'm a slow learner, but I kept stubbing my toe on it.

The hotel is located on the beachfront in the quiet area of Bodrum. Excellent beach, clean and spacious rooms, lots of amenities, free parking at the hotel's garage. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they even agreed to send the jacket that we left behind in the room to another city in Türkiye after we had left the hotel. There are water taxis from near the hotel to downtown Bodrum every ten minutes or so from early morning till 10pm. The music in the swimming pool area was a bit loud in the evening, but the hotel immediately turned it off after I complained.

Some of the common spaces (tables etc) were not clean. In open buffet area, they dont clean after people until the meal time is over. Sometimes you struggle to find a clean space to sit. People at the reception while we were checking in wasnt welcoming.

There was a tall younger guy at the front desk that was rude to us when he helped us with our luggage qhen we arrived. I wish I remembered his name. I also requested to have a room with 2 beds for me and my friend and we were given a queen bed. Also, we paid for a room with a view and we were given a lower-level room that was blocked by a bush. We brought up our concerns with the bed and the room and the staff accommodated us in a room with 2 beds and an incredible view.

This is my first time writing a review and honestly, never thought Id ever write one. Hated the experience. Worst I’ve ever had. Was meant to spend a lovely four day break, in a city that I have never been to before. from the moment I arrived, the air conditioning wasn’t working, and we’re talking about hot, uncomfortable, sleepless nights. After brining it to they’re attention, rather than offering me a refund to go get another room in a different hotel, a discount, or a different room there, I’ve been given fake apologies and a ‘’we’re working on it’’. Had to sleep in the heat for 2 days. After the third day and multiple complaints, they decided to move me to a cheaper, lower floor room, which isn’t what I paid for, and charge me the same price. Still, just fake apologies and blank stares. I’ve read reviews about it before coming and thought it’d be different. The serivce is basically non existent. I came here expecting comfort and quality in a ‘’5 star hotel’’, and was surprised by everything inside. Aviod this hotel. There’s plenty of other hotels that actually care about their customers. Don’t know how this is ‘’5 stars’’. Wish I hadn’t made this reservation. Once they have your credit card they don’t care about you. Never again.
