Degirmenburnu Residence

This is a spectacularly located apartment overlooking the sea and windmills and ancient city wall just a few yards away. It was also outside the noise and traffic of Bodrum, but the touristy areas can be reached by walking. The apartment was completely furnished with high quality dishes and flatware and all the necessary appliances including clothes and dishwasher. The only common item missing was a microwave. The A/C and wifi were great. We used the outdoor swimming pool a lot and it was wonderful - a real lap pool and a separate kiddle pool with lots of deck chairs umbrella and great views. This was one of the best places we have ever stayed at. There was no microwave, and there was no entrance at the lower levele menaing that we always had to go up to walk down to our apartment or to go out as well.

Everything was perfect with the apartment and the pool was great. Out of town on a hill that required a taxi to go to and from unless you walked up and down the steep hill. Good exercise if fit.

Excellent location as it is close to Bodrum City center. Accommodation was very good for family of 2 adults and 2 kids. View was very good as we got see view balcony. Facility has washing machine and Dishwasher which is very good. Taxi stand is just 50 meters. Basic stuffs like Tissue Paper, Sugar , tea bags are missing in the kitchen. Swimming pool is outdoor and not heated, so if you are visiting in winter it cannot be used.

Very comfortable stay, walking distance from Bodrum. The pool was nice, but the time of year we went was freezing.

And the view of the hotel which was unique Beautiful view of the pier We stayed for three days But no one came to clean I think cleaning should be done at least daily or every other day

Staff , location and facility and price The housekeeping are a bit lazy they did not change our bed sheets but this might be a one off event

Were travelling with a group of 4 people. Spacious place: would fit even 5 people if needed. Clean rooms, nice view on Bodrum, free parking spot and quite calm neighbourhood. Has necessary equipment for cooking. One bathroom for all — so hard to share in a group of 4. Second bedroom was quite small, and little space for luggage/clothes. The window from it looked directly at parking spot. Location is quite far from city center or any beaches — ok if you travel by car, but quite tough if you don’t have one. Luckily there’s a taxi spot just behind a corner. Also quite noisy during the night, due to location’s close proximity to the road (always) filled with cars passing by.

The place is centrally located and close to most major attractions and restaurants. The apartment and bed sheets were highly fragranced, which shouldn't be normal. So much so that it triggered my allergies and gave me a major migraine I had to manage for most of my stay.

Wonderful sea view, parking just outside the apartment (B1), positive and helpful staff. Quiet area, with just a short taxi trip to the the marina and the town center The kitchen area could have been better equipped. Needs e.g. an update regarding glasses. Shower area very dark, just light from the rest of the bathroom. Should have had a separate light.

Service and location was great

The apartments were beautiful and the views were glorious. The staff were very nice. The noise of music was very loud until late into the night, not coming from the property itself but from somewhere nearby. It was a Saturday, however, so not unusual.

Roads weren’t friendly to carry luggages

Location was great, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, great shower, very clean No breakfast :(
