The property was great I loved every minute of my stay the swimming pool was lovely and the sea view from my balcony was amazing Nothing

Our room was on the 2nd floor. We enjoyed amazing sea view from the balcony. Quiet. Breakfast was also good. Nothing, we enjoyed our stay.

The cold water pressure was very low?

the room was very nice, we stayed on the 1st floor and had a good enough view of the ocean but the top floor has a better view. the pool area is really great, with some drinks available to purchase and comfortable Loungers. the breakfast is tasty with many options like breads, cheeses, fresh fruits, cereal, yogurt, coffee and more. we were so happy to eat outside and enough the view and sunshine. the staff are very friendly but have VERY limited english, so be prepared to use Google translate to talk to them. room had an aircon which is great for the hot days. It is within walking distance to shops, the beach and the dolmus bus stops. bathroom was fine, toilet was leaking but that didn't cause us any issues. the bedding provided is just a thin small blanket, not warm enough

The location and friendliness Our room was downgraded because of the beds were not available for 2 as it was mentioned 2 twin beds in booking. It was one connected bed for couples.

Lovely staff so helpful would stay again

We had a lovely stay at Gun-Ay Hotel. Staff were lovely and we appreciated all that they did for us - from organising taxi’s and transfers, to arranging laundry. The pool area was lovely and clean. Turkish breakfasts were good. The music from the neighbouring beach clubs at nights did at times keep us awake. Take good earplugs.

Everything was perfect at this hotel, very clean and the pool is very nice. Location is great, far from the noise and hustle in the area but still very few minutes short walk distance to the beach, to restaurants, clubs... The staff is very friendly too They had a buffet breakfast which was good We had an early flight in our last day and asked if they could give us a takeaway breakfast as it was already paid but they said they couldn't do much about it. Other than that, all was perfect !

Very good

Good location and helpful staff, with nice views and pool area. Close to beach and public transport. Good value compared to other hotels in the area. Bathroom was dated, bed was too hard for our taste and room door was difficult to open (loose lock). Breakfast didn’t offer much choice. No own beach area, therefore if you want to relax at the beach, you need to rent expensive beach chairs from one of the beach front hotels.

Location is good, it’s 10 min walk from the gumbet beach, the pool and the view is good The room is small and smells, hair drier didn’t work, the breakfast was poor

Exceptional

The location was good It was in a noisy location, very loud music from surrounding hotels every night. The bathroom was very old and needed repairs.
