Food, location and staff The room was a little bit small.

Food quality could have been a little better.

Everything was perfect. This is honestly the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The location is amazing, with a beautiful private beach and breathtaking views. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The rooms were comfortable and spotless, and the atmosphere was relaxing from the moment we arrived. I will definitely come back as soon as possible and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bodrum. Nothing. Everything exceeded my expectations.

Noisy and very bad food .staff not talking English managment don’t care about customer from my side it will be last time and I’ll never ever come back to this hotel

The hotel is very beautiful and clean. The location is very close to the beach. The service is excellent and the reception is very friendly. I highly recommend this hotel for a family vacation. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are all fresh. Thank you very much, I hope we will come back again.

Very dated and some of the employees are untrained, we asked for pressing and paid for it but the lady was very rude. Also toilet always wet water comes out from the shower to the sink area

Big, 2 beaches lots of activities Dirty rooms. Bad housekeeping. Weak wi-fi. Staff doesn’t speak English well

The location is excellent, offering easy access and the unique advantage of choosing between two beautiful beaches. The food was delicious with plenty of variety, and the rooftop restaurant was definitely a highlight — not only for the great dishes but also for the stunning view that made every meal special. The bathroom definitely needs renovation, and the cleaning could be much better. At times, there was also an unpleasant smell coming from it, which was very disappointing.

The need to pay more attention to room cleaning the balcony in my room wasn’t clean during the whole stay

Food was ok My fiancés ring was stolen from her purse. Staff was dismissive and manager did not want to help. We know for a fact the ring was in her purse before we left the room and the only person with access to the room was the cleaner so you do the math…. Manager didn’t care and even went as far as saying the cleaner should call the police to report us for accusing her.

We visited with our four children and had an exceptional experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Before our trip, we read some reviews saying the food wasn’t great—but we were pleasantly surprised! There was plenty of variety, especially during snack times, with four different areas to choose from. The managers were always present, regularly checking in to see if everything was going well and whether guests needed anything. Manager Hasan was especially helpful in assisting us with restaurant arrangements, and Chef Halil was attentive, making sure food quality and service remained high. At reception, Ali was very helpful in arranging a suitable room for us, as we were traveling with four children and needed everything to be just right. Location was great in terms of getting to locals. The pool areas and bars are nice clean. And for the beach to be a step away from the hotel was a bonus!! Lastly, the animation team was brilliant—so engaging and child-friendly. This is a fantastic family-friendly hotel, and we would highly recommend it. Thank you to Royal Asarlik and the entire team for a wonderful stay!

Exceptional

Room we had was out dated. Room is the main building are newer. Breakfast was standard nothing special. Lunch was not great poor if you ask me. Dinner wasn't bad decent. Lunch and the out dated rooms at the back.

The staff was amazing. Special thanks to the animation team, Ozzy, Emre and Kubra. You guys made the stay even better than we hoped. The food was varied and tasty. The room was clean, spacious and comfy. Facilities were great although we didn't even have time to use the turkish bath, gym and some other facilities as we were having too much fun at the beach and the pool. Hope to come back some day!

The courteous staff . Beautiful views . Amazing food choice . A choice of pool areas was a big bonus . Great tunes around the marine bar pool and peace over the other side . Totally relaxed . Booking again for next year. 2 evenings of amazing dancers put on a show but the other evenings weren't very organised . Bingo night the lights went down on the amphitheater so nobody could see their card and the quiz night just didn't happen . So nightly entertainment could be improved and more table and chairs for people at the Marine bar in the evening .
