This hotel was the best and most relaxing hotel of our 21-day trip. We were in Kusadasi, Marmaris, Bodrum and Izmir. We had the experience of Turkey last year and a few years ago. This was the best hotel. Thank you for creating these moments for us. Nothing at all

We arrived at around 4 am to the hotel and checked in the hotel. Both rooms given to us were wrong and not we asked for. One of the rooms didnt have a working AC. Then we were moved to another room which had a big bed and 2 bunk beds. There were insects and the beds are not comfortable, so we didn't sleep the first night. We stayed awake until the breakfast, but the breakfast was also not good. The food is very cheap and has no spices. It is an all-inclusive so I didn't really expect much. What I really didn't like is the cleanliness. We checked in our third room, then the cleaner comes after a while and says he forgot to clean a spot so he enters and continues cleaning while we were already inside. The bedsheets are stained and the room was very dirty. I even spilled some coffee on the floor, and after 4 housekeepings the stains stayed there. So yea they don't clean at all.

Great location, Staff were great, ready to help and tried hard to keep guests happy Food was basic but still presented good value for money. Nice pool areas but we didn’t use them. Fitness center/ gym was tiny, smelly, and disappointing. Rooms were fine, bathrooms need an upgrade

Swimming pool was small and crowded ..the hot swimming pool was closed ..the water was cut off in the rooms for 3 hours then come again dirty ..the bathroom towels not clean and small..fitness only 3 pieces in small room its not 5 stars its 3 star hotel ..i will not come back again

the room view on the pool was nice, the room was spacious. the cleanliness of the room was ok, but the bathroom was not clean adn we had to get the cleaners to come and clean it again. the breakfast room had a wide variety of food but the plates were messy, some plates had food on them and in general was not clean and tidy. it was disaapointing because the variety of food was big and looked good.
